I also noticed you mentioned dell in youre video once or twice ,ive allways been a dell fan, even when everyone else wasn't it seemed, but ive been watching him for four or five years now ,at first I thought he was just crazy ,but the more I watched and learned I found that we are all crazy ,but that man can back up what he says ,I hope god is good to both of you ,and may all youre flights be wonderful, look forward to more videos.
Look up the video of him kicking and Owl while flying as he was chasing it pretty sad that somebody talks about being such a good trainer and all these things but goes out and does something like that which is something obviously most people would know better than to do
awesome videos ,I know its a lot to do to stop and load movies on here especially when you could be flying ,but ,you have some nice video.you should do more .ive got less than a year and a half before I start my flying experience ,hopefully it will be everything ive hoped it would be ,keep posting ill keep watching.
I'd recommend not warming it up on the ground at all, especially on a slippy concrete surface such as in this video where the paramotor could easily slip and rotate itself back on the guy. Instead, put it onto your back, then start it up, far safer for everyone.
What haters. Sheesh. Dell knows his 💩. He might come off as arrogant but he knows ppg. That being said, Fuller has created a masterpiece with SkyTap Angel and knows his 💩 and is not arrogant about it. If you don't like them then you have issues as EVERY trainer, EVERY school is a dealer. It's how they generate income. It's a passion and they want to share it. Go look at prices from the actual manufacturer, Dell and Andrew do not make much from sales, they sale their expertise which in this sport will SAVE YOUR LIFE. This is 2021 now and we are tired of the haters ragging on everyone. You don't have to buy anything if you don't want to, so buck up buttercups, go play your sport with a ball because surely you can't handle two. Mic drop.
One has to be super stupid to believe everything these guys say about flat top. If you watch a few of the videos the Dell guys have made then you will learn, that their videos are all infomercials. If you are in the market for a PPG /para-motor join a facebook group and ask for genuine advice.
To the new people thinking about sport. there are other wings and motors out there believe it or not!!!!! their just like a car there's pluses and negatives about every machine! With any trainer that's good.....and there are a lot! You could fly just like this guy if you wanted to!!!!
Landing on your butt is no joke. Likely Broken prop minimum. I can attest to the face plant protection & net strength after a bad trip n fall. Question is: Why don't other manufacturers put "crumple zone" skid on their units?
Stay At Home Dad: That is not a crumple zone. A crumple zone is designed to CRUMPLE. This is just part of the frame. Crumple zones are designed to cushion and slow the rate of a crash, spread out the impact force. The flat top is not designed to slow anything. I"m not saying its a bad idea, if you somehow let your frame fall over you somehow or you disconnect from your wing in flight...I don't think it would save you LOL. but its not a crumple zone. its the difference between the old metal frame bumper and the modern crumple zone of a car. The real take away, if you are relying on the frame to protect you in a crash, you aren't getting good training, you aren't making good decisions. The frame shouldn't be a factor in terms of crash protection. The wing is the most important part of a paramotor. Hell, can we remember that the frame doesn't provide lift?! the WING is what is keeping you off the ground. Skip the "crumple zone" and fly with a reserve parachute. Don't believe the hype. every modern paramotor frame is nothing but a bunch of metal to connect a motor and harness to. Go with whatever you like. Go with a flattop if you like. Take it slow and learn the fundamentals well and never go beyond what is safe for you. its the same for every dangerous activity. Controlling the glider will matter a hell of a lot more than a fake "crumple zone."
There is nothing Super about self proclaimed Super Dell. It's called standardized training and you can thank other instructors for that, not Super "duper" Dell.
You are dead wrong about dell. Yes he is a little unorthodox but he is right on point. Just because he is a mormon does not make him wrong about paramotor flying. He is probably hands down the smartest guy out there on paramotors and paramotor flying. Just listen without prejudice and clear out of your head what you heard or what your friends told you and make your own decisions for yourself. Stop letting people hijack your thoughts or mind.
Are you kidding me. This guy because of his training my save your life because of his training, you see all the other so called para motor teachers are jealous of him because he is that good. Isn't that always the case with envious people.Remember Cain and Able.

Get a Flat Top or a death trap.
The video opens with a heavy endorsement from instructor figure; why aren't you mentioning the unit for those of us who don't know ?
What is the cost for this unit?

To weed out the dummies !
Crumple Zone!! That makes me laugh every single time. I cant believe you guys still pushing that on new pilots... What a joke...
You don't need any crumple zone just as motorcycle frontal collision is just as safe as in metal chassis car.

@@fairbanksairriders your a Turkey,
Turkeys are badass birds! Thanks for the compliment. I've been flying PPGs for 20 years, maybe in 20 years you will understand.
Dell who? If it's Dell Schanze, I'm leaving right now. That guy is not only whacko but dangerous and the last person I would ever take advice from.
Not me. Best instructor out there.
