Beaten Gustavo made his way to Verezza's ranch. Mariana and Mercedes try to help him. Rudy visits Elisa in her flat and wants to pacify with her. Elisa accepts him. Manuela burns Isabel's mornig gown. She is secretly watched by Bernarda, who is satisfied with what she has done. Emilio is sneaking around Isabel's bedroom. Bernarda let Emilio come in. He talks to the person, but he can't see her face. When Isabel turns around, it is obvious, that she has to hide her face, because it is destroyed. Emilio tries to encourage her and he assures her, he loves her no matter what. When Emilio tries to hug or touch Isabel on her face, she denies it by moving from him. After a while, Bernarda orders Emilio to leave the room, so Isabel and her bedroom stay safe. Isabel considers Emilio to be valueable ally. When Emilio left Isabel's bedroom, in main hall, he is acompanied by Fernando. It is obvious, that Emilio's behaviour is pretty weird. The topic of the conversation is about Salinas' residence. Bernarda lowers Luisa and Manuela by saying, that Luisa won't be proper replacement of Celeste. Fernando sends Bernarda away.
