Company kisi reason ki wajah se hi limiter deti hain.The reason is to not harm the engine. KTM does that too. Single cylinder high compression engines need to be taken care of.
Aise limiter hata dene se engine chali jayegi bohot pehle hi

Bajaj haven't done any r&d, its the same 13 year old chassis with the same 13 year old 400. I respect the fact that they are offering a 40bhp bike brand new for such a cheap price, but you van get a great condition used duke 390 for the same price anyday, which will outperform ns400 easily.

But
Ive never seen apaches quality issues
Yes they're (apaches) famous for vibrations but not for quality issues
TVS build their apaches based on their RACE division counterpart
