Dr Jaishree please answer me! From Sweden. I want your advice please. I m diagnosed rosacea for a week ago. I do have more acne and redness, I’m desperate bcse i look like a ghost😰. I got finacea gel 15% acid azelaic. After used it one day I was sooo dry and I do have normally oily skin . I was not sure and I was afraid to use any moisturizer. Yesterday i bought clinique liquid facial soap mild to wash my face and clinique redness solution for moisturiser.i do use this moisturiser after Finacea gel is dry. My question is , I l doing right ? Thanks for advice and I am dying to get your answer soon ,if I have to change any thing.

For dull skin use a good sunscreen. Microdermabrasion treaments will help. Use vitamin c creams at home.

You can follow the following regime. Rinse your face with warm water to remove dirt and oils from the surface of your skin. Apply a gentle cleanser to your clean, damp face. Rinse away the product and pat your face dry with a clean towel. Don't wash your face multiple times. Wash once in the morning and once in the evening. Apply oil-free toner which removes dirt, make up and oil from your skin. Rosewater is a natural toner. Apply thin layer of oil free, mattifying light moisturiser to your face. Exfoliate the skin 3-4 times a week to unclog the pores as oily skin can clog the pores. Choose a chemical exfoliant containing beta hydroxy acid.
