Accually I have been suffering a problem for few days to wind a 3 phase 3 hp 2 pole 36 slots water pump motor which has wind two times already by other person with swg 23 with 56 turns per slot in full pitch distributed in star connection but It is burned out in load again and again .I was given to solve that problem again from my boss.
@@DineshChandra Here if we calculated pitch factor. Kp=sin(150/2)=0.9659. Then Distributed factor Kd=sin(2*30/2)/2*sin(30/2)=0.9659 So product of this two factor comes=0.933... Am I wrong or right? If I wrong,would you please tell me the correct value of pitch factor and distributed factor?

Sir in big motor like 10KW to 50 KW there are operates in Y or ∆ . If this motor run in star is takes less of current instead of delta. In this situation consume different amount of current , in this case the motor have same types of SWG in its winding?? Please answer sir
This situation is not permanent because in starting we need more torque to start the motor and after achive 75 percent Speed of motor we connect it in delta. SWG will calculated under Full load or running condition.

Power in terms of Phase voltage and Phase current will be ( 3×Vph ×Iph × cos phi ) but if you take in terms of line power will be (√3 × VL ×IL × cos phi)
