Hi, Amy and Eric Happy New Year to you both! Yippee! I'm glad this is number one, as I have one and agree with you 1000% This is why I love your channel I looked at your demonstration for the Cosari Air Fryer and decided to obtain and I'm so happy I did! Thank you! HAPPY NEW YEAR and many more gadgets for 2020!
Hi Amy&Eric!!! I enjoyed this video today. Great stuff for sure. Hope I catch your live. Last year was so...much fun!!! Happy New Year to you both my dear friends!!!
Oh Amy what a great video on gadgets.Got a lot of them this year too,and my favourite is an Oxo Meat Masher.Great for breaking up ground beef, chicken, tomatoes and more.Thought it would be my Kenwood, but I sure love this little helper.Anyway I would like to wish both you and Eric a very happy ,healthy new Decade.Carolyn.
I got my Compact in 2018 and it is a little workhorse. It stays in a drawer until I need it saving counter space. I picked up the juicer attachment this summer, was great for my lemonade addiction!
I am loving all your gadgets but that number to gadget I would not mind having that that is such a cutie I have never seen a mixer like that before that is right up my alley just saying
Amy, I'm drooling. I see your new blue KA in the back. saw you bee-yoo-ti-full blue knife. Way out of my price range as are the rest of theirs but the quality shows and they're gorgeous. I love my Paula Deen ceramic air fryer and Geoffrey Zakarian AF oven but the Cosori looks good. Love you I pad. Love you and Eric.
Bosch Compact representing! I own it, and love it! It fits in a ridiculously small space in my cabinet. Thinking of adding the slicer/grinder attachment next.
@@CShannon1991 That's why I chose it. I don't have enough work space on my counter, so I bring it out of the cabinet each time I use it. I can't imagine a smaller footprint stand mixer. It's perfect for small batch bread or cookies.
I hear people talk about air fryers all the time I have never ever thought about even wanting one of those but after seeing you talk about yours makes me want one just so I can start eating better I might look into one of those thanks for sharing I loved everything but those mixtures of yours KitchenAid every one of them I love them I'm loving your new one that's behind you just saying
I have a Cook's Essentials air fryer I got a couple years or so ago. We got my mother in law the Cosori air fryer for Christmas. Looks like maybe I need to change to this one... I love mine so if this is better yet, then I may just have to pick it up. Do they have a smaller KA bowl for the pro 7?
"Jagged Edge" was the word you were looking for about the edge of the can lids that you get with cheap can openers. :-) Was totally falling in love with those red utensils behind you and also the color of that Kitchen Aid stand mixer was making my heart pound. LOL
I have the can opener and I like it but find it takes a lot of turns to open cans circling around the cans over and over - the wolf mixer has very low ratings as well I’m an Avid home cook and would always recommend a kitchen aid either a hand mixer or the larger baking version- thanks for your reviews!
The OXO works great for me but yes...you have to turn it around a few times. The Wolf just came out and there are hardly any reviews on it yet. So far I really like it. Thanks for watching!
Awesome video!! Thanks again for the penne and sausage recipe! You made me look like I know how to cook!! Also, I noticed that the hubby was pretty quiet whenever you discussed knives or the knife sharpener 😂. Seriously, great content!
The only issue I’ve had with the Goldtouch sheetpan (same would go for the non-stick USA pan) is that it is almost impossible to clean. I’ve read reviews from many people on the web who have encountered the same problem. Yes, they’re incredibly made structurally. Yes, you can get a great cook on them. Yes, I always use kitchen paper/Silpat when I use it. Yes, for small spills the non-stick takes care of a lot. However, if even a bit of grease escapes to a corner and bakes on- you’ve got a problem. Can’t use normal powdered Barkeepers Friend on it cos it will remove the non-stick coating. Tried the Barkeepers Friend soft cleanser and not strong enough. Most other failsafe solutions can’t be used cos it will damage the coating. In the end I did a mixture of baking powder and water that got most of it off with a lot of elbow grease. However, it also removed the non-stick coating. *Sigh* I’ve given up and bought some other sheet pans (very good quality aluminium). At least with those I can use stronger stuff on it and get a clean pan at the end. I just feel a lot better cooking in it if it looks clean and clear of baked on grease. Anyway, that’s my adventure. I also have a lot of the Goldtouch bakeware (cake pans, muffin tins) which have so far performed well.
That Wolf Mixer is mind boggling. Way too big for an amateur kitchen IMHO, but stunning. Why would you abandon the Kitchen Aid Artisan, for example, what does this massive machine do?
I’m with Eric! I call my sawzall “Conan The Destroyer” because that’s what it’s suppose to do. I have so much fun with my sawzall I bought a hackzall which I fondly named Conan Jr.
The knife that is on your Gadgets for 2019 I was wondering where to find the knife that you were talking about. I am very interested in the knife, Because I believe that if you don’t have good sharp knives to; cut, chop slice etc... It’s going to be very poor presentation and it’s going to take you longer to prep, for your food. Also can you please give me your advice on a good food processor for about $300.00 about 11 cup Food Processor that shreds: cheese, chops, diced, kneads dough, & Makes Pie Crust.
Hi Vannessa! The knife is made by Sabol Brothers. It is a small company that is owned by 2 brothers who make the knives themselves. They don't have a website...just a Facebook Page. Here is the link: facebook.com/sabolbrotherskitchenknives/

I love it mostly for potatoes. Baked potatoes so much better in air fryer. My husband likes the French fries.😀

Thanks Elaine!
How is the Cosori different than just using a regular convection oven?
How do you clean the sheet pans? Ive got the same ones and have found it really difficult...
I use parchment paper so they don't really get much on them.
I am with you. My air fryer is my very favorite gadget of the year!!❤️
Hi Amy. I didn't even know there was such a thing as a rice cooker. Thanks for telling me. I just ordered one. Richard in Dallas , Texas.
Happy New Year from the beautiful satiate of Hawaii. Love your channel and you! See you in 2020! 🥳

Oh boy, don’t tell me you bought another KitchenAid?
I did not buy another kitchen aid. I had the one fixed. It had a broken field wire. A small family owned shop fixed it and I am so glad they did.

I need a gadget room...
