GERMANY Beuren open air museum (Baden-Württemberg)

More than twenty buildings here retell the history of those people who lived and worked in them in the past. As well as farmhouses, stables and barns there are also houses, cottages and workshops from artisan families.
Examples are a weaver’s house with a weaver’s dip from the Swabian Hills, a farm-house with a completely equipped joiner’s workshop, a photo studio, a lime-kiln and a village hall which has a teacher’s apartment in it.
Visitors can walk through and look at all the houses.
