Well presentation with respect for other. I feel you have power of PM of Tibet. I am from border of Tibet and Nepal. We Himalayan people of Nepal citizen are very close to Tibetan so, I hope you will combine and manage how we respect and work each other. I am lover and respect of Tibet and Tibetan.
I am not from Lithang but it is true that many of the best freedom fighters were from Lithang, so many people have sacrificed from Lithang. Land is beautiful HH Dalai Lama Tsangyang Gyatso was born in Lithang.

Right now he is an unproven leader and Kalon Tripa is not an entry level job. You can study about car, sit in it, touch the car and perhaps even wash the windows, but until you have driven the car, you are not a driver. Same with Lobsang Sange la.
What will Lobsang Sangay-la do that is different & result in change? He supports Middle Path which has achieved no results in 15 years. China won't give Tibet genuine autonomy or human rights. Independence is the only real option for Tibet. Sangay-la offers no new ideas or solutions plus lack any experience in actual administration of govt.
