  • Pen-Twyn-Y-Lladron, referred to as Pentwyn, is an attractive 2/3 bedroom detached stone built cottage constructed in the early 1900’s on a site previously occupied by an earlier dwelling. The house occupies an exceptional location circa 700 feet above sea level with far reaching and extensive views across the Usk valley to Raglan Castle and beyond. Rumoured to have been built as a hunting lodge by Llanover Estate, Pentwyn was originally part of a small farm, the original farm buildings now form a separate dwelling which shares the driveway (see Agent’s Notes below). The house has been well maintained over the years but would now benefit from a thorough programme of modernisation and offers scope to create a home of considerable charm and character in a very special location. Ideally situated for walking, mountain biking and riding with a network of footpaths and bridleways nearby giving access to The Blorenge Mountain and surrounding hill and moorland.
