Ich will ja nicht negativ hier rüberkommen, doch auch für dich gilt: Autonummern mit Schweizer Kennzeichen müssen verpixelt werden. Hab schon unzählige andere UA-cam Creators darauf aufmerksam gemacht.
In der Schweiz gibt es je nach Kanton die Möglichkeit, Daten einer Autonummer abfragen zu können. Deshalb sind Schweizer Autonummern zu verpixeln in den Videos. Weshalb?
Der Autofahrer kann dich strafrechtlich belangen, solltest du die Daten weitergeben. Du machst das, in dem du dieses Video unverpixelt weiter gibst. Und nicht nur dass. Anhand der unverpixelten Autonummern, kann man weitere Daten schöpfen, z.b Uhrzeit und Ort.
Das gilt übrigens für alle Videos, mit Schweizer Autonummern. In der Schweiz gibt es den AutoIndex. Ich weiss nicht ob du dich darüber informiert hast, doch du müsstest rechtlich gesehen, jeden einzelnen Autofahrer fragen, ob du seine Autonummer zeigen darfst, oder du verpixelst es.
Das gleiche gilt auch für Firmenaufkleber auf Baufahrzeugen etc.
Das Departement der Schweiz, Eidgenössischer Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragter (EDÖB) gibt da klare Angaben, auch im Gesetzlichen Rahmen.
