Brooklyn making fun of the other dates while Dakota is clearly uncomfortable is just not polite. Brooklyn should know more about this. It's just plain rude as these guys efforted something and even though she and Brooks didn't end on a good note, she shouldn't say mean and rude things about their date as she's a woman with a vast following and many young kids look up at her. It would be okay if it's just them reacting to her date with Dakota. This ain't it Brooklyn, I expect more maturity on your side.

This video is very disrespectful. Imagine how those guys would feel seeing you cringing and laughing at their dates (making a vomiting face after Brooks’ video or saying that the other guy wasn’t a gentleman). I hope you look at the tone of this video through their eyes. It’s also insensitive to Dakota to make him watch you hug other guys and say how cute they are. I’m not sure why you would want to put him through that.

I really like this channel but Brooklyn’s reaction to Brooks after their “mutual” breakup was really unnecessary and made me want to stop watching the video. Not to mention poor Dakota having to watch all this when he’s already not comfortable on camera… I know everybody is saying it but I just had to say something because it bothered me a lot

Love you guys… but this is actually pretty cruel. Surprising him with the topic didn’t leave him any room to express boundaries or communicate how it may not be fun for him to watch. Seeing how uncomfortable he was through the majority of the video made it clear to me that making him do this wasn’t necessary at all. Probably did more damage than good. Instigating jealousy is not the way to a healthy secure relationship.

She is very immature. She seems to be using him as the bunt of her jokes. She doesn't care about him or his feelings. He clearly doesn't like being on camera and she doesn't care. She enjoys publicly embarrassing him. This should be a red flag for him. Is that someone you really want to date or even consider marrying someone who makes fun of you to get ratings for her platform. He needs to maybe look for someone who is mature closer to his age and not someone who still acts like she is still in middle school/high school.

I think Dakota meant, “She got up on her first time.” as in she got up on her first day on the boat trying to surf, not the actual first time ever doing it. That would be amazing. But it’s still pretty amazing to get up on your first time out trying- I for sure did not get up my first day trying, it took multiple day trips to get me up 😂

If you want him to feel more comfortable on camera it might help to not choose topics that in itself make him uncomfortable even without being filmed? I feel like most videos he's in it's something embarassing for him? Like the feminine hygiene products or the "I can't believe he did not know this" clips on insta and now this (which was really... I don't know...) I mean, there must be fun stuff you can do on camera that does not include him not knowing something or having to watch something that sort of hurts his feelings?
Even in this video she says, “this was when you finally started to show some personality.” I know some people pick in each other out of love but it would start to hurt my feelings after a while.

Brooklyn, while I love you and Bailey and your videos, I need to say that this video just wasn't it..... Dakota seems like such a sweet guy and you know that he isn't comfortable on camera (at least not yet). Forcing him to sit down and watch you go on other dates (when you KNOW that he doesn't like it) is lowkey kind of mean. Especially when you sprung this video idea on him at the last minute while you were already recording, since you said "He doesn't know about this yet". Finally, I thought one of the comments you made was a little hurtful. He said that during his date, he seemed awkward (which is funny/haha whatever) but then during Dakota's post date interview, I believe you said something like "This is when you actually showed personality." I could tell on Dakota's face that he looked a little hurt. I know that you guys have been dating for a little bit now and us viewers don't know everything about your relationship, and perhaps the comments that you make DON'T hurt Dakota's feelings, but this is just from one viewer's perspective. okay so this overall was really interesting to watch, but i was low key really surprised at multiple things. for example, how poor dakota literally had no time to mentally prepare for something extremely embarrassing that was uploaded for millions of people's laughter. second, how the two of them pretty blatantly made fun of the other dates. three, they really slammed brooks. i understand break ups are messy, but for claiming that they ended on good terms, brooklyn's reaction was so unnecessary and honestly a bit harsh. i feel like very little consideration was taken into all of the individual's involved, and it feels like the goal here was to boost views regardless of how the people featured within the video would feel.
Agree to all. I think it was pretty cruel to put him through that and his awkwardness showed throughout the video, the blatant ignorance towards other dates even though when the dates first happened there was nothing rude said before, and why was this even posted? This video felt really off to me. Leaving Dakota aside because atleast he gave the consent to upload this (hopefully). It felt like you disrespected the guys. Tbh first dates are awkward and public being able to see it and then you're judging everyone. Brooks part had me mad. I get it break up can get messy. Even when you said it was Mutual things could have happened later but that reaction just shows disrespect to a relationship you had. I did some digging. The disrespect for the boys AND Dakota in this video is unexpected, coming from you guys. Dakota couldv'e said no when he found out what the video was actually going to be, but he stayed for the whole thing. it was his choice,. I dont think we can just assume from his body language that he "doesnt want to be put online". maybe that's just how he is in general. brooklyn could've had a talk with him after to make sure he's really ok with posting this video, and if he said yes, there's nothing wrong with it.

This video was so childish and disrespectful. I don’t really think Brooklyn is a bad person but she definitely painted herself in a bad light. I already had doubts about this relationship because it seemed off in their previous video together and this video didn’t help change that. Definitely don’t see them lasting that long together 😐
This kind of just shows that Brooklyn is too immature for Dakota. Some people might say that 21 and 27 is not a huge age difference, but the mind goes through so many changes between those ages. Dakota seemed uncomfortable, but Brooklyn ignored it and just pushed this whole thing on him.
True, she's even said in tha past that she feels like she's always felt more mature for her age which is why she was happy with her and Dakota's age gap but, is that really the case? I feel like the fact that she felt the need to say that, answers the question

I met my husband at 20, started dating right before I turned 21, and got married 2 days before I turned 23. He was 27 when we met - so 7 years between us. Trust me when I say, women mature much faster than men. The age gap isn’t really a huge deal. We never even really felt like there was one.

The fact that you didn't tell Dokota what the video was until you started filming makes it clear that you knew it was wrong and wasn't something he would want to do.
