How would be the package of vlsi engineer in automation?
I want to do mtech ,want to go in electrical vehicle field, should I do mtech in power electronics or VLSI?(little bit not interested in power electronics)
You should do mtech in Power electronics for core electrical vehicle side.
However automotive would also require chips and few companies are already working on that so VLSI M.tech may lead to a job for designing SoC for automotive purposes.
Sir,is master degree mandatory for vlsi job or bachelors degree is sufficient?
B.Tech is sufficient but you must be from top tier college.
In fact for masters also, top vlsi companies visit top tier colleges only. One or two exceptions can be there or service based Companies may visit TIER-3

I didn't give any such test but I need to confirm if they ask some test from someone with visible medical condition

Mai is samay IIIT gwalior me EEE branch se hun muje suru se hi psu or semiconductors class companies me interest tha .lekin muje apne medical condition pata chala ki muje amblyopia ( no vision in one eye) hi .koi PSU muje recruit nhi karega medical standard ki bhaja se . or private sector bhi is field se nhi lega qunki bo bhi pre employment medical test karenge. Or coding me na hi interest hi na hi kar paunga qunki laptop ki screen dikkat karti hi doctor ne bhi mana kiya hi . To kya sir me isse dropout kardu qunki papa ek bus driver hi bo itna kharcha nhi kar payenge jisse muje na placement mile na psu .
Ya ek normal degree like bsc ya ba jaru or koi government exam ki taiyari karu

Private Companies didn't asked any test from me but if you medical condition then mostly software/ VLSI Jobs would require coding at some level.
There would be screen time.
But, You should not go for BSC in private clg because honestly it have no value.
You must continue your engineering from IIIT Gwalior even if you want to go for some other government job. Because engineering years will make you able to handle pressure.

But You must be from the top most clg of India or 3+ Year relevant experience.

Now I am in tire 3 college and I am planing for gate and checked many reviews and all. But I not seen any students got placed in Google

IIT Bombay, Mtech ES (Electronic systems) many students selected in google.
