it's on Sai 2's filter options, it's called gaussian blur. It also exists on photoshop same name

While I don’t use Paint Tool Sai, it’s most likely a rather universal tool called ‘Alpha Lock’. This makes it so you can only draw on what you’ve already drawn on that layer, say, if you enable Alpha Lock on your sketch layer, you should be able to go over it with a different colour brush and keep the original sketch, but alter the colour.

Глаза выглядят сухо, глаза никогда не бывают похожие на пластмассу с матовой поверхностью. Но для этого в таком случае, надо чуть ли не полностью рисовать иначе, больше углубляться в объём с чем тут некоторая проблема, хотя скорее всего это всё обуславливается стилем. Решить проблему с объёмом в данном случае я плохо представляю как, но это не критично, но если решить эту проблему то уровень качества вырастит экспоненциально.
