I would just like to say that I am of the Catholic faith. I am obviously Christian but I was scared to speak of my faith to other Christians even because our beliefs are obviously different than others. I read all the comments about how you inspire people and I’m like ok… then really I found that now I love to talk about the goodness of God to my family and peers and it just brings me so much joy. I’m 14 I love to lift and I’ve got a long way to go in life, fitness and faith thanks bro

Other Christian denominations love to hate on us Catholics but as long as you love God it doesn’t matter what denomination you are don’t be ashamed to speak abt your views
The Catholic Church is the True Orginal church founded by the Lord himself it has a lineage that goes directly back to Jesus and His apostles, especially with Peter as the rock upon which Jesus built His Church. This unbroken line is a powerful testament to its authenticity. Other denominations began to form around 1,600 years later during the Reformation, which led to different interpretations of Christianity. But the Catholic Church has remained steadfast, carrying the torch of the original teachings and sacraments as handed down by Christ Himself. This is a strong foundation for our faith.

How do u prevent burnouts so quickly? i just hit chest and i felt like my muscles gave out earlier.
How you gonna hitt your legs twice in 3 days but I want to train for 4days if I do day one chest and back ,shoulders and arms , and then legs for day 4 I dont have enough time to rest my legs so what I have to do plz any body answer and and can I just do this routine of days for ever but just changing the exercises every 8 week?
I typically do a bro split, 4 by 4, 4 workouts 4 sets until Im damn near crying with stair master in the end for my cardio. 180lb 5'8.

I didn't really follow him, but I saw his "rise and fall." & what my opinion is, he should go back to the basics. Like post less, focus on himself more, I think he go into a relationship to soon after his last one, he should've took that as a sign to stay single and work on finding who he truly is, he should stop getting his hair done & just go back to his natural hair, post less & I may be work but it's just my opinion. Thanks for the final message Alex. I needed to hear this. Just yesterday I spoke about my feelings to someone who finished her mission as a missionary. I waited months to tell her, unfortunately she just wanted to be my friend. She is the greatest example for me of a person who understands the love of Christ. I know I'm not on the same spiritual level as her. Even though it hurts so much and sometimes I think about giving up, but your message and a message from her that I received a few hours before watching this video gives me the strength to continue my relationship with God.

Hey remember bro you can get same and or even better results going down to 1 working set per exercise you only need to do 1 set of failure to achieve muscle growth stimulation💪🏼 Mike would want you to do 1 set instead of 2 because doing 2 full sets to failure you’ll do double the strain to the muscle which makes recovery time way longer and it seems you don’t have off days which is not a good thing you need atleast 3-7 days of recovery your body doesn’t lose muscle in that time but I understand your love for lifting and enthusiasm to wanna do more but truly you only need 1 set to failure to achieve muscle growth stimulation and do every rep with a 4 second positive 2 second static contraction and 5 second negative shoot for 6-10 reps with heavy weight and progressively overload weight or reps each workout. I like that you do 3-4 exercises per body part that is very correct I just think you can grow more with more time off to recompose and build new muscle instead of only giving enough time to compose back your muscle that you destroyed from your workout. I started with a 3 day split when I got into Mentzers training did chest back, shoulders arms, and legs. Now I do is 2 day split that was his most productive training system he used to get ready for olympia. Day 1 Legs, Chest, Tris. Day 2 Back Traps Shoulders Bis. The workout is in the book of The Wisdom of Mike Mentzer. Remember you are possibly causing double the strain on your muscles doing 2 sets instead of the only doing the 1 that is needed. If you feel you didn’t do enough on the first set then up the weight and go for only 1-4 instead of 6-10 in the “second set” but really i wouldn’t even count it as a second set it’s just an extra few to get you to feel you did enough but in reality if you are fueled enough from eating 2-3 meals before lifting you should be able to go to failure on 1 set and be satisfied because you know you did just the right amount to stimulate the muscle to grow on the off days and you don’t over train leaving yourself sore on the upcoming days you lift. You need recovery days to grow brother remember that. Also brotha great advice and faith talk at the end Jesus is king🙏🏼

Sunday rest or shoulders without front delt

Rear delts anit getting hit enough 6 days untill you hit rear delts again is a long time rest them when make your shoulder the most biggest on the side view mite as well smash quick 3 sets on back and on your shoulder day hit 4 sets getting it twice a week most optimal
As shoulders heal the fastest then any other muscles

Thank you for this workout split video, I'm currently doing a Chest, Back, Arm & Shoulders, legs split simply because the other splits take to long each day int he gym and I don't have that much time everyday. But I have been doing a high volume to failure training to try and make up for the lost days questioning if it's gonna work in the long run. I have been seeing results but I was still scared. Also, if you're interested about the college paper I wrote about how you changed my life and brought me to Christ I'd be glad to share it to you. It got a 97/100 btw.

Hey Alex I know that it's kinda hard for u a bit as you have transitioned your content into more Cristian content and as a result your views have decreased as a fellow Cristian the advice I would give u is I don't think it would be a problem if u separate your fitness content form your Christian content and have a separate Chanel for.the Christian content because some people just want to see the fitness content and mixing it may result into your fall out and at the end of the day fitness content is not bad in the eyes of God so if u really that passion about God then u probably should start a separate Chanel for that because some people are not interested in the Christian content and we can not be mad at the for that as salvation is personal and when it's time for them to repent they will do so, the growth of your chanel is important ❤

Shoulders heal the fasted out all the muscles needs at least twice a week can’t do rear delts 4sets and think that’s enough till next week they will be healed by 2nd 3rd day max mite as well hit them again
