Honestly man you have seriously helped me in my basketball journey. You've been my coach and you've helped me improve my game. I've applied everything you've teached in my training and at school, and now I've joined a basketball team, hoping to get better and better. Keep inspiring and teaching other people!
All my favorite moves started on this YT channel man. It means a lot for us basketball fans.
6:57 you got me right there coach 😂
Haha pretty sure I got everybody w/ dat. Anybody who is spotting that pass watching for the 1st time got a Steve Nash level passing vision & creativity.
Man thanks a lot I watched more than half of you videos and studied them and became better I went from averaging 8 points to 30 you really helped me a lot I am from Serbia

Fear the beard. I love how you are showing love to James Harden ❤. Thank you
Love your videos man,the way you teach and explain moves in detail,is so underrated.
Great video as always! Like you mentioned at the end, there's endless possiblilities with this sizeup. This was the first sizeup I learned and u can really put your own creativity into it. There's thousands of sizups u can study on YT by simply just watching and seeing how they handle the ball with their footwork.
Amazing. Well edited and right to the point.
Love this so simple efficient and have many options to work off the defender.
very helpful bro thanks ive been watching james harden since im a lefty

Great video, love the content
I like how you include Friga in your clips! I watch and like him too. Hes clearly well studied!
Nice video bro, in your next video you could teach tips on how to attack an aggressive defender/under preasure
Thank you coach!
you the best coach man
You make some of the best skills/moves videos.
I love the bore your defender part bc my friend was talking about how my sizeup is so boring and I told him that's the point and explained it to him.
Thanks for this.
I love coach frikki❤
Coach Frikki, your basketball IQ is NBA level. May God bless you with more videos. Much love From the Pearl of the Orient 🇵🇭
Ayo i wanna say thank you coach frikki. Watching your videos has helped me learn a lot and now im a varsity player on my highschool team and getting good playing time as well. Ty sm keep posting the videos bro
This videos are great tool to enhance and improve basketball performance thank you so much for making them. If you can do a “things we can learn from Jordan Poole” like the one you did from Jimmy Butler, it would be pretty awesome! Thanks in advance Coach! Much respect and appreciation to you for taking the time to do this for us
Interesting idea! I'm a Warriors fan and I've got a love hate relationship with JP haha. But yeah definitely some things you can learn from him.
@@CoachFrikki thank you so much for replying.
The Gravity falls theme song background is lit 🔥
Harden changed the game in more than one way
it's pretty when you see how all nba players start using his moves like stepbacks, sidesteps, and size up.
He fasho changed the game you can see it with players like luka , Tatum all the players doing step backs And shi Waaaay more often now and even his dribble packages. But every mvp changes the game in some way imo
@@etx_jay Hardens impact is above the average mvp imo

Amazing vid coach! What is the background music?
Description!
From now on, every move i take from one of these videos ima say “I just got Frikki!!!”
i think some people struggle w bringing the ball up and making a move past half court like me. can you make a vid on it? thx
yo coach! can you do a vid on how to consistently make more layups?
open ones are mad easy, just stand at the free throw line, take a dribble, two athletic steps, and extend your arm all the way
Hey coach i saw u said that straight hooping is way better than skills training, and i agree i have gotten a lot better with 1v1s and stuff. But my shooting is very lack luster could you maybe do a video on shooting like the footwork of it and seperation? Also do you think it would be beneficial to practice shooting in pickup or should i maybe take some time to clean up my mechanics?
Yeah shooting is the exception of a skill that HAS to be repped out in isolation. I'd personally still say go play pickup even if you are working on (or changing up) your form. While getting up a ton of shots with those games of course. You'll get there if you put in the work.
I've done some videos on shooting with footwork, separation and mechanics:

Didn´t know sooo many players did this move aswell. AMAZING video schearching work. Your channel is top 5 basketball content.
Haha been over 2 years compiling clips for this one.
I only relate to his videos
Is this sizeup primarily for your strong hand and leg, ex: Right hand cross Left hand tween. Kinda like how triple threat is only done with your Right leg (dominant hand side)
There is no rule on that. There were 60 players in this video. 33 of them did it on their weak side, 24 on their weak side. And 2 (Lamelo and Friga) did both. So based on that sample size doing it to your strong side is more popular.
It is IMO caused by which foot you feel more comfortable with in front. The foot you have a stronger lunge with in front. I got a stronger and more stable lunge w/ my left foot in front and that's why I feel more comfortable sizing up on my "weak" side.
❤
you made me a better dribbiler and finisher and my height is 5 foot 1
Gravity falls remix goes crazy
When i do the tween i lose the ball trying to do the crossover can someone give me some pointers id appreciate it
Why do I miss even though I have the perfect form
0:01 what shoe kyrie was wearing?
wow
3:03 Giannis travel LOL
What does BTL mean?
Hi Frikki, I have a question about how i should put the ball over my head when shooting, like how should I place it, so I can see?
Everyone's shot is different, develop your own perfect form. But your 3 point shooting shooting form probably shouldn't be over your head. Makes it hard to generate power.
@@CoachFrikki Is it okay to have a kobe like midrange shooting form then switch to a curry like shot from beyond the arc?
@@dragoonfang747 Would not recommend shooting midrange shots. Kobe only shot them 41% and most of us are gonna shoot way below that. Threes and Layups ❤
@@CoachFrikki slightly disagree. If you have an inside game and are capable of taking and making midranges then you will be an unstoppable scorer. Midranges can’t be your ”game” or “go to” because you’re right they aren’t as efficient
@@ry_an. Sounds good in theory but when you say "taking and making" midranges are you talking about shooting it below 40%? Comparable to shooting 40% at layups or 26% from three. Which is objectively bad and will hurt your team.
Please do offensive rebound
Gonna do a video of rebounds overall soon.
omg gravity falls
Coach do Kevin Durant Hesi glide please
How do you deal with more aggressive defenders? My handle is not quiet there so i have trouble when people get in my grill
Just gotta get a better handle, get stronger/quicker, get more experience and learn from your mistakes. And learn to use your off arm. And learn to use the closed stance. Got a video on that. Closed stance explosion or a spin opposite.
i swear to god you are more The Answere to me than Iverson. Since i have your attention: why is the second iq test a cross/drive right?
@@axelpower7124 Harden definitely could have gone left or pulled up in that clip. Tests don't have right or wrong answers. Just getting people to make decisions like they do when playing.
If you show the defender that you can blow right past them, they’ll start slacking back a bit more and it’s history from there, obviously there’s better ways but that’s the easiest
I swear you can read my mind...
Nice soundtrack change 😅
Gravity Falls
I laugh out loud once when Bobby knight said no player on my is allowed to dribble the ball in that fashion and play for me. This is an art of deception it prevents your opponent from getting comfortable and knowing your every move obviously he was wrong
Greast vid, this was Gilbert Arenas signature move, too
Oh really, only had one clip of him there. Gotta watch more Agent 0!
@@CoachFrikki for sure! and I think you'll really like this vid where he breaks down his offensive approach :)

Who is your GOAT?
hello
sound like gravity falls
Why don’t you put the peoples names on the clips anymore
The video just looks cleaner without it. You can ask and I'll tell you if you want to know who a certain player is.
1:53
Can you make a video about how not to get cut off? Everytime i try to drive i get cut off and i run into the defensive player even though im more athletic in every way. It's driving me crazy
u taking the wrong driving angle and if not u need to add counter moves
Yeah Frikki's last video about driving angles should help
@@GoulaLegamer u got any idea about the right driving angle?
@@jk7404_ i checked it but i still got issues
Interesting. If you're more athletic and drive tight you shouldn't get cut off.
Send me some clips of you driving. @coachfrikki on IG.

That hesitation dribble is illegal in the NBA rule book. It's actually a double dribble. If I were a ref, I'd call it every time.
But guess what 😃😃
1:33 I can’t stand people who carry the ball every time they make a move… if you can’t dribble properly you need to be restricted to on top of the ball dribbling only … no hesitation moves allowed for you … he carried twice back to back
Agreed, that should have been called in game. It was a practice scrimmage.
But Mac McClung here mistakenly fumbles the ball, he doesn't do this on his hesi normally.

well then why is ben simmons usin it cause bro aint been doin shit 😭
Who is your favourite player?
I love creative, unorthodox, smart, unselfish team first guys. Curry has been close to my heart since his Davidson days. Lamelo is up there. Steve Nash, Marcus Smart, Kyle Anderson, Caruso, Delly come to mind. If I had to pick one right now I gotta go with Bol Bol.
