I have the xbox so this is life a saver for me I've moved into every rich household deleted the sims that lived there stole their funds then sold all the furniture when I moved into a new home had over 800,000 by the time I was done lol
Do new sims ever move into to the empty homes you leave behind? Or are they empty forever?

Here's what I did: (a slight different)
So I had this huge family and I moved them all in with the spencer Kim family, then and moved one sim to another house then bulldozed their lot, then I deleted the other sim that lived there originally. Then I moved my sim back to my house with all the money!

After making a family of three I started to realise how low on money I was and on the house bills so I’ve been trying to look for hacks to get nice houses or get lots of money, but thanks to you, I got both! what I do is move in with a rich family drown them in a pool and then I've got lots of money
I did this with a lot of mansions and I have like 700,00 thousand now

You can-
1. Become friends or lovers with someone
2.ask to move in
3.move the sims you want out
4.YOU move in and get the family YOU wanted
By the way they will moved to the other house you lived in ( the sims you moved out)
guys just to let yall know you can also get a family from the libary and they might be rich t happen to me or when ur about to play you can chosse a different family and what is best about this is that if u want to become richer u can leave the sims family and move into a bigger lot like a masion because those people are the ones that got money
I did EVERYTHING the same in ps4 but when I try to move the family in it says "not enough funds to move in" or something like that and even if I do a house they can it says "create new household to move in" and the funds won't transfer.

You can change your household name :)
On console i just save the Sims that i created and move them on any lot that I don't want to play at the start of the save. Then i just add their clones to the game through manage households and since they technically havent been played yet you can build on their lot with infinite amount of money as if it was a public lot.. I add in a lot of extra stuff so that once I play they can delete the expensive items that i didnt plan on using to get money. The trick is to build before theyve been played

A fast way to get money without a cheat code so you can still earn your points.
Ok you create your sim and buy a empty lot doesn’t matter which one. Then you go to your gallery and one by one you add a sim to your household as many as you can your household amount will go up each time you add a sim.
Now you go to manage household and delete them, everyone but yourself.
And then you repeat this over and over until you get tired lol

This feels a little cheatsy. Still works, but for people looking for a more legit feeling strategy.
Make one of your sims traits Kleptomaniac. Then find a Sim and increase your mischief to level 10 by continuously doing things in the “Mischief” category. Once your mischief is level 10. You can steal $14k laptops. I think the Spencer-Kim-Lewis household has 3, which is the house with the most. You can sell them or keep them. Up to you. That’s what I did.
You can also play as a another household and buy a bunch of those laptops and put them in front of their house for you to steal, but I don’t personally do that.

I don't know... I mean you shouldn't be a hole to the goths or whoever. I did over 900 000 dollars working as a doctor my whole life. I always got the golden medal and yeah. After my sim died her child was rich and it was spoiled. (Sim's may have feelings XDD)
On the Pc, if I wanna live in the city, do I have to buy smt for that?
Actually that's still cheating . But I prefer the Vampire method I move into the Count Straud House then move him to the Vatore house hold. I net a 250,000K when I sell his home and belongings! Hate to tell you but this cheats been around since Sims I almost 20 years.
