Just bought the exact same one. Warranty is actually 7year 200000km and service plan 5year 75000km on the ultra lux. You can also control the volume on the screen by swiping right from the left side of the screen.
The messaging from GWM is that the 7yr/200k warranty and 5y/75k service plan are only available for the hybrid model. But it wouldn't be the first time GWM has been confused by its own offering.
also wanted to say that you can control the volume by swiping right although its a very distracting action for the driver its only convenient for the front passenger

It's actually a law for wheels not to be flush with the arches from factory. It's a safety precaution or something of that nature but the gap on this is just awful
Most cars wheels are slightly recessed but it looks really horrible on here. Some Hiluxes with the black cladding also look horrible at certain angles. Looks like it was in an accident or something of the sort 😂

It's definitely a nice looking car. But in terms of value, I picked up my 2024 Chery Tiggo 4 pro CVT Elite for 329k and features wise it's basically identical. Engine is the same 1.5T and economy is 8.3L. I suppose the only difference between the two beside the price point is which style do you enjoy more and are you willing to pay an extra 100k for this one. Great review!

They should have just named this car as GWM from the first generation but they knew people don't have confidence in GWM brand coz the cars they were producing were not good at all. 😂
unlike how some felt with the "made in china" logo - these car manufacturers are stirring the pot in this segment. Unless you are brand loyal then you might not be swayed but if you're open to try new things there are a plethora to chose from
Looks like a very good car BUT try and trade it and then you see the real picture. My son lost nearly half the paying price after only 1 year of ownership....
I work close to a Haval dealer in Northcliff and I’ve seen these a lot and they honestly look great in the metal. I would remove those “sporty” added bits as they don’t aid in any sporty driving and I doubt that spoiler provides any downforce🤷🏾♂️ perhaps the fuel consumption would be better without them

Underwhelming facelift, getting close to "not being affordable anymore" it just looks clunky and bulky and not sleek and stylish anymore. They would have been better off to go for a more square masculine facelift, or perhaps they are leaving that for an all new model?

No mention of the additional features you get for the same price as the out going model like ventilated drivers seat, electric passenger seat, automatic parking assist, front sensors, etc. Would really go a long way if you guys did some proper research before reviewing cars. Definitely going to end up having your fan base turn towards other reviews rather for more accurate information.

transmission as well in the Haval is better you get a dual clutch and not a cvt which is a major difference
