It's a Martelli Cutter and can be found at many shops as well as on Amazon
My daughter found them on line and ordered them for me because I have a crook finger from a marine infection.

Why not dew the 1.5in strip to the 2.5in and then cut?
I am unsure what you mean besides making a strip unit. That could have been done. But I wasn't sure how many blocks of each that I would make.

I have not seen jelly rolls with 5 colors. Is this a specific company and can you do this quilt just using a jelly roll that has one color of each strip. I am thinking you get one block per strip? So it would make a scrappy quilt! .? Loving your videos. Glad I found them. Subscribed and pushed the bell.
It's a jelly roll from a company that Tuesday morning gets. It's odd they only have 5 colors. But I made it work 😊 So if you make this quilt with a regular 20+ color roll than you have a more scrappy style and a whole different look. And yes 1 strip pretty much per block. Leftovers make a Scrappy border (seen in the next video after this. 😊 Thank you for subscribing 💕

Oh that should be super fun 😊 And you just gave me the idea for using my 2.5 and 1.5 scraps. Using 1 2.5 center and a different 1.5 all the way around and a different 2.5 around that. So super scrappy. That will be what I do next time I make this block 😄 See even comments inspire me 😄
