I'll preorder too. they arent a AAA developper team that can afford to screw around, and the first game was great, with this one REALLY expanding on it. On top, they will be the first game to display the latest advances in the lore, and come on... Putting Trazyn in here is just a mark of good taste :p It looks like this game will really profit from the expertise they earned in the first game.

Nope, we already know all 12 factions. Imperial navy, mechanicus, space marines, eldar corsairs, craftworld eldar, dark eldar, tau fleet, tau merchant fleet, orks, chaos, Tyranids and necrons. Basically all the factions that were in the original Battlefleet Gothic boardgame.
Plus they got a lot of feedback from the first closed beta that I think they seem to be really taking to heart, if the delay and additional development time is any indication. This actually makes me MORE excited because it means they're taking the feedback seriously :)

I know it’s unlikely but I want a Sisters of Battle fleet. I’ve designed rules for them in the board game. From the small Missionary Convent ships housing comanderies of sisters to the battleship sized Saint class Precept Covent ships that can house entire lesser orders of sisters. The ships have few weapons but instead have Hymns to literally burn enemy ships.
The 13th Black Crusade succeeded because the Horned Rat supported Abaddon. After all, despite being the Wile E. Coyote of Warhammer Fantasy, most of the Chaos victories in The End Times were made by Skaven. 13 is the Horned Rat's sacred number.

The Warp Ghosts are one of my favorite chaos warbands but are somewhat obscure. A color scheme for them in the chaos fleet would be a great way to give them a shout out, especially since they deal so heavily in space travel and have a massive fleet

Do many Glorious sexy battlefleets and space battles, so many beautiful ships, multiple giant space fortresses and installations, a tomb world, Gloriana battleships, Mechanics arks, a fully-rendered Craftworld, Tyranids ships eating other ships (I really want them to have a special ship that can do that that's actually-playable) and all nated by TRAZN THE INFINITELY HOARDFUL!!!!!! The Gloriana should have larger macrocannons relative to its size, like in the Macragge's Honour graphic novel. If not, at least make it have 2 layers of broadside cannons. Or add in some attack craft hangars. It's supposed to be 26 KM long after all.

Do many Glorious sexy battlefleets and space battles, so many beautiful ships, multiple giant space fortresses and installations, a tomb world, Gloriana battleships, Mechanics arks, a fully-rendered Craftworld, Tyranids ships eating other ships (I really want them to have a special ship that can do that that's actually-playable) and all nated by TRAZN THE INFINITELY HOARDFUL!!!!!!
The Gloriana should have larger macrocannons relative to its size, like in the Macragge's Honour graphic novel. If not, at least make it have 2 layers of broadside cannons. Or add in some attack craft hangars. It's supposed to be 26 KM long after all.

Seeing that Tyranid "ship" just biting a nice piece of that imperial cruiser is awesome and probably a good metaphore how the 40k galaxy is going to end up...eaten. ^^
Man Imperium, Tau, Ork, Eldar, Necron, Tyranid, and Chaos. They don't need another sequel, because I'm satisfied with this. Great job, guys.
