The Taco Bell XB1 X was likely the coolest Xbox I have owned. The minecraft ed I just sold was pretty close. I try to grab special editions if I can, they are unique to own and hold the resale value more.
As someone who sold xbox's at a retailer at the time who shall remain unnamed. The forza xone consoles didn't sell as well as others. We had them in stock for almost a year and even a sale didn't get rid of ehm all.
So strange to see them so highly requested now 😅 (that's no bash against the console mind you, I had one right next to my halo 5 edition xone, just sharing the vibe is all).
That 360 Halo 3 edition brought me back in time 😢

imo that blue and orange Xbox 360 with the clear sideplates and blue lights showing off the insides is just as cool as my favorite Xbox 360 ever the Halo 4 elite one! Blue is my favorite color and I'm also a big fan of cool LED lights and seeing the inner workings of things and I also like orange really well to so I think that Xbox is super Badass! 👍
I think the gears of war 4 Xbox one s special edition was hands down their best one. Special sound effects for discs and turning the console on and off, 2tb storage, actual claw marks on the case, and the matte finish doesn’t leave fingerprints.
My recent pick-up is the MW2 360 console CIB. My favorite COD. Can't wait for 3 and play in those 2009 MW2 maps.
Limited edition Council a super hard for you to get your hands on body retain their value and I love the design
I miss that they don’t do the call of duty consoles anymore. The last custom consoles made by Microsoft where the halo and Gucci series x. Not counting a black series s, that’s just a colour change 😂

I have the Gears 4 xbox one and i love that it has gashes in the console and controller along with power on and disc eject sounds. The one i really want is the Japanese only Ps3 fat white Yakuza edition. Its a badass looking console

I still have the Halo 3 limited edition Xbox 360 in its original box with controller cables, inserts etc. Unfortunately the disk drive died in it, and MS wouldn't fix it as they just take the one you send in and send back a refurbed one, which doesn't work with limited edition ones 😢

Oh man, I’ve always had some sort of special edition Xbox. My friend and I had some of the coolest call of duty and halo edition xboxs. My buddy had that mw3 Xbox slim and I remember wanting one so bad

I have an Xbox One Lunar White Controller released 28th September 2015 that has the Rubber grip on the back so that would have been one of the first separate controllers to have the rubber grips then. Sadly mine is heavily worn now and one of the rubber grips has fallen off and the sticks have worn down.

I love deep shades of purple and it’s been perfect for me.

My favorite special edition xbox 360 is my Blood Red Resident Evil 5 Edition xbox 360. Mine is OLD and it still works like a charm.

Hate to break it to you but even though the Master Chief Halo 3 Xbox 360 is really cool, but why didnt you show the Halo 4 Xbox 360 elite blows the Halo 3 Xbox 360 out of the water, it's way cooler and imo it's the coolest limited edition Xbox 360 ever made by Microsoft! I coukdnt get one but i was able to get one of the controllers off eBay at least. I did make up for it by getting the Halo 5 Xbox One which imo is the coolest limited edition Xbox One Microsoft came out with, it's super Badass with the matte silver and dark gray with chrome silver and blue accents and designs and tons of small details and easter eggs on it and the controller! I like it so much that even though I have a more poweful Xbox One X now that I have hooked up in my living room and play most my games on I hooked up my Halo 5 Xbox One to my 75" tv in my bedroom, sure its been mostly relegated to rarely watching movies on or streaming from. But honestly I mostly have it hooked uo in there so I can admire it instead of letting it sit in its box in the closet collecting dust lol.
if i end up getting this job im going for an interview tomorrow for, im definately saving up money for a limited edition new xbox console. it may be 1 grand but idc. having a limited edition console with accessories and stickers and stuff like that is just amazing to me.

I do have that fortnite system and it came with a exclusive skin which I just found out people are paying more than 500 bucks for that skin so that xbox alone may be weak as a special edition but that skin included is worth alot if the code is in there. Unfortunately for me I redeemed mine. If anyone was wondering the skin is Dark Vertex
