Kinetic Fire 2013 - Valery - Clubs recap

Valery taught 3 workshops at Kinetic including Beginning Club Manipulation, Basics of Isolation and Antispin with Club Swinging , Contact Club & Basics of Fishtails. This is a quick recap of some ideas played with in all three workshops.
