Darian Ali I'm not Christian, actually, I'm Satanist. But I still find a lot of Christian metal fantastic. The religion of the band shouldn't effect the beautiful sound they come up with. I may not agree with EVERY lyrical content they contain, but I still know good music when I hear it.
Dan has brought a fresh groove to Phinehas while still holding on to the sound that makes us love your music. Really excited for this release. Your hard work is paying off!
IntelligentRectangle That's exactly what I was thinking! It's the same with the live shows. He spices up the songs a bit with his own style while still staying true to the Phinehas sound. I am so stoked for this album.
Me ol' band, Lightworkers, had the pleasure of opening up for these lads last year.. polite, chill, and they shredded like a couple blocks of sharp cheddar.
He says . Without grace we would all be dead thats enough meanings to me to serve him and to be at peas cuz guess what he gave his soul to us so that we may live and i choose to return to him and praise him forever . I luv u father♡
Y'all won't be disappointed, they played another song off the new album during their last tour called white livered. It was freaking sick! Very pumped for the new album, pre ordered at the show I highly recommend y'all do too. Help these guys out, they are solid dudes!
I'm so sick of people over analyzing shit when it comes to music, or be flat out fuck wauds. If you don't like something, don't listen to it. It's pretty simple. Having days that, this new track is awesome! I can't wait for the full record. Phinehas deserves to be on top. They are one of the very few bands out there today that are actually dynamic and worth listening to.
Darian Ali Oh. That's actually a shame lol. I like BAAO since their topics don't revolve around God but...let's see what this band offers and I really hope it's not just a band talking about God here and there bc ew.
Looks like they went more typical metalcore with their riffs and breakdowns in this song. Almost sounds like August Burns Red in guitar tone. Nothing against that to be honest but I preferred their more southern sound from songs like Panhammer, A Pattern in Pain, and The Deepest of Graves (all-time favorite song). This is more straight assault with less grooves. I'm digging it though.
El Manimal I think it's because they have Daniel now as guitarist and he helped write the songs. Jason, the former guitarist has that southern sound. :c
Its good Phinehas hasn;t lost their sound after 2 albums like many bands. The album look so promiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiising. Sorry i was headbaning :P
For 3 minutes and 32 seconds I lost entire control over my body and began viciously banging my head against my cell phone and punching my father in the back of the head. He is currently unconscious. Will update from the hospital.
Boy did I dump ass. Stevie T reference? No? well fuck. but this is awesome. they're doing a good job keeping their older sound but at the same time they still make it something new and fresh. amazing :)
It's good to know that there are still metalcore bands that write epic riffs.
You're right ***** I have they're other albums and this is the best.
Bankai Deathgod233 How many albums do they have? Only I knew about was "godmachine" and their EP
3 albums I guess.. The godmachine, The last words is yours to speak and The bridge between
StevieJay
StevieJay You have to check out "The Last Word is Yours to Speak"
I'm catching some AILD flavours here, anyone else?
Its a kinda similar flavor of thrash metal, so yeah
Yes. I also hear some August Burns Red in them too.
It's like having Tim Lambesis and Howard Jones in the same band, fucking cool !
Who?
@@ruaraidh74 As I Lay Dying
OMG FINALLY SOME GOOD METALCORE
Darian Ali Is it me, or Christian metalcore bands are freakin' creative, not including For Today lol.
Darian Ali I'm not Christian, actually, I'm Satanist. But I still find a lot of Christian metal fantastic. The religion of the band shouldn't effect the beautiful sound they come up with. I may not agree with EVERY lyrical content they contain, but I still know good music when I hear it.
Moth. That's what's up bro
JaneGhettoism why not for today???
Haha I love For Today but I know they aren't so great compared to these guisee
American metalcore is saved
Man I missed that early 2000's metal sound. If the rest of the album is at this quality I'll break my neck from all of the endless headbanging.
Those squeals before the last breakdown just make me so happy...
I'm loving the production on this song, sounds tight af
KingOfDesolation Thanks!
Joel Wanasek Well deserved props my man, excellent work, can't wait to hear the rest of the album!
Joel Wanasek dick
Chris Galvez
did a not so shitty job producing it ;)
+KingOfDesolation YES SAME. blows their other albums out of the water

I love this band so much! I not a fanboy type, but these guys.... God Bless you Phinehas band !!!
God damn! Phinehas keep sounding better and better with every album they put out! I'm already EXTREMELY stoked to hear the rest of the album
i was hooked since I am the lion
Haven’t listened to this song in years
It was just as good as I remembered
Me ol' band, Lightworkers, had the pleasure of opening up for these lads last year.. polite, chill, and they shredded like a couple blocks of sharp cheddar.
I remember my old band used to play with them at a local show and now they are signed! Congrats guys
This track is so sick. Makes me want to run 90 mph
This song makes me a one man army
Do it
Heard them play this live last night. was awesome.
He says . Without grace we would all be dead thats enough meanings to me to serve him and to be at peas cuz guess what he gave his soul to us so that we may live and i choose to return to him and praise him forever . I luv u father♡
Nice! That chorus reminded me of the Howard Jones era KSE. Cant wait for the album!
Howard isn't as good as Jesse.
@@occiferfigpucker4840 Thats a very unpopular opinion

So glad I found these guys, I love the riffs in this! I can't wait to hear the whole album!
My band played with these guys. Theyre awesome! Kinda reminds me of Miss May I and ABR
or as I lay dying, instruments not clean vocals
Hype intensifies! So awesome, can't wait until the album's release.
Hear carfully he sings about without grace we would all be dead .... without ouer creather yes we would not exist.
The best, hands down.
Without Christ we will all be dead😜! Crazy awesome!
amazing¡¡¡ coming to mexico your music is epic¡¡¡
I wish I could like this video ten times.
So they're re-releasing Apologies Are For The Weak eh? Neat.
You guys are amazing I love the blend of music in ur songs
That solo at 2:50 is the best thing i've heard all year.

Hopefully Artery will bring them more well deserved recognition.
3:00 Damn epic O.o!!!
grz from Germany!!! \m/
Release this on Spotify already! :'D
dat solo remind me of Becoming the Archetype. Great stuff, can't wait for the full album
Gustavo L Costa Their Guitarist is now the Guitarist from Becoming The Archetype...
Brendan McDonald dude thats so legit, and cool to know more people know becoming the archetype!
Dan used to play for Becoming the Archetype.
Brendan McDonald i kinda noticed that when i searched later :p that's cool, BTA is such an underrated band
Also, does anyone know what happened to BTA? they didn't release an album since 2012, did they break up ??
How can those 2 people dislike the video.... they deserve a slap in the face...
Such an awesome song, but am I the only one getting kind of a texas in july vibe from this?
such an amazing song. this band does not get nearly as much credit as they deserve
1:50 🖤🤘🏽

I hear some Becoming The Archetype in this Phinehas song too lmao
Amazingly talented dudes. Energy is extremely intense live. Stoked to open for them again in Dayton.
I can't believe I've only just found this band. Damn.
Darian Ali Oh. That's actually a shame lol. I like BAAO since their topics don't revolve around God but...let's see what this band offers and I really hope it's not just a band talking about God here and there bc ew.
Darian Ali You're so painfully intolerant and narrow-minded it hurts.
Darian Ali No, the fact that you have a problem with them being christian. Ridiculous.
Exactly. Biblical/Religious lyrics get boring/annoying. It just depends on what sort of person you are too.
Darian Ali That I can understand, because I feel the same but you made it sound as if you didn't like them simply because of their beliefs.
Was so happy that these guys got signed to artery! In my opinion, a truly amazing band. So pumped to see what else these guys have to show!
"Without Grace We Would All Be Dead!!" \m/
Holy Sh*t
What is this sorcery? Holy fucking shit. So good!!!!!!

just one song tho you never know what the album will be like.
I know exactly what you mean, that's what I thought when I first heard it. Maybe it has something to do with the new guitarist?
El Manimal I think it's because they have Daniel now as guitarist and he helped write the songs. Jason, the former guitarist has that southern sound. :c
I'm pretty sure they got JB and Brent's guitars and amps to record lol
DAMN! They're just getting heavier after every record they've put out!
Without Grace, WE WOULD ALL BE DEAD!
"Without Grace, we would all be dead." Boom.
Helllll yeeeeeeaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝🤤🤤
Jizz... everywhere...
Where's my face???
I think it just melted off my head!!!!!!
This might be the best metal song I've ever heard. Not even joking. It has everything
This album's gonna be a contender for AOTY for sure
That bass tone. Holy fucking shit.
this album its fire
awesome band, just bought the Album cause i want to Support them! like there Music very much!
Phinehas never cease to amaze! A headbangers necessity \m/\m/
Phinehas proving once again that they are the best metalcore band out there.

Anybody got toilet paper...?

+Andrew Cox I was just setting here, telling myself the same damn thing. haha.

UA-cam, I don't want to watch a cartoon.. If I did I would type "AND Ferb" sheesh
I can't stop listening to this album for the past 4 months. I've given up trying and it feels so good.
Its good Phinehas hasn;t lost their sound after 2 albums like many bands. The album look so promiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiising. Sorry i was headbaning :P

WE WOULD ALL BE DEAD

Was really expecting nothing worth listening to after Jason Combs was kicked out, but I must say this had caught my attention. VERY listenable!
Finally metalcore band that uses clean vocals that sound like a man and not some teenager just like in Killswitch Engage
I've played with these guys twice I think and they're the most humble fucking awesome dudes.
Now that these guys are with artery I hope they get better known, they deserve it.
these guys bring back the metalcore rules
03:14 *UE* *UE* *UEUMMMM* :v. Amazing song!! Can't wait the until July
Dude...THIS...THIS IS REAAAAAAL METALCORE
I really really hope bands go back to this kind of metalcore ... This is the music I love, been so hard to find things I like for the past year
Why is everybody comparing them to Veil of Maya and August Burns Red???
Now this is what you call a fucking Metalcore band not some Black Veil shit
awesome band, im not christian but i like you Phinehas
What song would you like phinehas to cover I think more of the old rock days not pop
Anyone else get the "marionette" vibe by Make Them Suffer in the intro?
I think when these guys sing this i think the chior isn't dead anymore!👍😂😂
