The acting was superb in this scene, and Oliver James' voice is a gift of the gods. That said, I have to state that- in my opinion- the glimpse you get of the grandma at 0:53 has always stolen the scene. For me, anyways. Again, this is an OPINION. Haters, don't attack me. =.=
