In those days of Cinema Medium is the sole entertainment for us and Cinema starts like Rajkapoor and Nargis used to be our ideals whom we used to call Raj and Nargis.This phong respect of Raj Jeeeee and Nargis Jeeeee was never existed.But for that pretentiousness by the announcer the collection was good. Brought back the good old days.
When Raj Saheb met Nargis ji for the first time, it was 1946 and he had gone to Jaddanbai's house to sign Nargis ji for " Aag" as one of the 3 heroines. Raj Saheb was 21 and Nargis ji was 16/17, not 20 as stated in this video.
Superb collection...but, changeover between songs very abrupt, also, commercial breaks in the middle of songs, e.g. Ramaiya Vastavaiya should be avoided
