Bro, I was struggling for sure! Kept looking up images and being directed under the steering column but just kept missing the button. Probably fueled somewhat by frustration. Doing something small like posting this video documenting your solution for the next guy is what it’s all about. Thanks for putting this out there. Saved me from gray hairs and doll hairs
Thanks for this, same as other comments, I thought I was going mad trying to find the reset button, I have a bad back at the moment so I couldn't👍 do too much investigations in a low position, your extra directions led me to the button.
I went and got new tires from town fair tire and they were trying to sell me new sensors because they couldn’t figure it out…thank you for saving me moneyyyyyy
They changed my tires today. But now my TPMS light stays on yellow. When I check the pressure, it doesn’t show any readings for the tires just - - wtf?
When I put the ignition on, the tire pressure light automatically comes on blinking so I wait till becomes steady and then I press the reset button but it doesn’t blink
Hello Andy ! I saw this part that next to the OBD but, not sure that's the reset botton for it's like there is a cover on it, is that the reset botton that has a cover ? I would really appreciate it if you can response to me to verify. Thanks Andy !
@@andyn8998 ok. Thanks for responding. Mine is a Lexus IS250 F Series v6 4 doors. I think I found it how to reset it but, the icon on the dashboard is not going away yet. Thanks again Andy !
@@andyn8998 yes Andy I did watch the whole video. my error misinterpreting 3:30 when you told us to turn off the car. I'm trying to trouble shoot my gf's is250 tpms not displaying psi values and it seems battery related as cold weather approaches. I'm so glad I own a BMW. Warmest gratitude abounds for the helpful reply, sir

@@CatMandiano Glad I was able to help.
Thank you, I couldn't find the reset button without this video. The manual makes it look like it should be right next to the trunk trlease.

Glad this helped you out.
Excellent video. Clear & concise. You saved the day thanks!!!
Thank you. Nice description of your video, year make and model, it would be nice if everyone else did the same. Worked immediately!
Glad it worked for you.
Would it take some time to store value? I followed instructions in this video but still not showing tire pressure. I just changed out all 4 tires.
Thank you very much! I just tried this on my 2017 IS200t. It works on this model as well.
Glad it worked for you

What if the TPMS light is already flashing when I turn on the car?

This a design flaw for Lexus. Why doesn’t it reset itself after you added in air?
Thank you so much this is very helpful!

Mine does not have a cover. Just a push button with the word “Set” on it as shown in the video. You may want to refer to your owner manual.

you never mention turning on the car but after pressing the button, you say give it a few minutes to store value then you can turn off car.
So what did I say at 2:12? Did you watch the full video before commenting?
