If there is not case, it's not perverting the course of justice because that requires you to be working against the police. In terms of blackmail, just holding it doesn't qualify, it would have to be used in a certain way. It all depends on the content of the alleged memo too

After the Slazo Cancelling and everyone jumping to call him a predator with doctored evidence and lies to stand on I'm just going to wait this one out before giving my opinion. Something doesn't feel right to me. Its possible the voice memo isn't credible and was something that was paid for or collaborated on to try and slander James. But on the other end its also possible its true and credible, and if thats the case if the victim comes forward then justice can be reached. But before anything concrete happens I feel like jumping to conclusions after someone who has shown they have no care for the victim, is manipulative, and is generally not a great person seems to lack a levelheadedness. Just being cautious seems like the way to go.
