Poli o-bond is a contact adhesive and it will not form a waterproof layer over the damage on the boot. 90% of its volume is solvent and will evaporate, leaving a very thin layer of adhesive which will not be strong enough to last for more than a day or two under normal usage, unless you use it with the correct type of patch. Stormsure Flexible Repair Adhesive can be used with NO patch., and will be significantly stronger afterwards.
