Yeah I mean by the point you uploaded the video you had already figured out you had a screen protector on but when you showed your phone I seen the screen protector on it so I was confused when you said you didn’t have one on I even rewound to see it if I’d seen it correctly…I wanted to tell you so bad it’s just the screen protector lol
In regards to the phone situation - if you feel a bit silly, wait until you hear what happened to me! I bought a new phone about a year and a half ago, but I was kind of in hurry, so I wasn't paying too much attention to what it looked like (the screen, etc). I bought the phone, had a screen protector put on it at a _separate_ store, then left. Cut to a few hours later, when I started to actually use the phone, and I saw a thin crack across the screen! Now of course I freaked out because the store I bought it from didn't have returns, and it was kinda dodgy to begin with (not the 'official' store, but i'd bought phones there before and assumed it was trustworthy). I've also had screen cracks like that before and they ruined the whole screen eventually. So I went back a day later and politely told them about the screen (I had a warranty), and after really bad customer service (barely engaging, or trying to help, constantly changing stories), they eventually took the phone and said they'd send it to their repair center to take a look. A week passes and I'm not even sure I'm going to get anything back at all because there's been no communication. Then I get a call from a much more helpful person explaining that the phone itself was fine, and the crack was actually across the screen protector!!! I was absolutely mortified, because I just didn't know why I hadn't thought of that. The store i'd bought the screen protector from was at fault (they must have sold it to me broken, I barely touched the phone after it was put on). The phone itself was fine. The person told me the phone had been returned to the store and to pick it up (which the people working there were supposed to tell me but didn't lol). Long story short, I learned a very stressful lesson about really paying attention when I buy important things, and also buying things from official sellers even if they're much harder to reach!
