I see you rep archoil, I'm wondering if you actually stand by it or are just getting sponsored. If you can/will, I'd love an honest answer. I've got a 7.3 PS that does the powersmoke thing on startup when cold and I'm trying to help the old girl out. It's a 1997 F350 7.3 PS with 153k miles.
Hey man have a question. Can a torque converter make ur 7.3 engine overheat it's a obs . Changed water pump clutch fan thermostat still overheating with a load
So far, I have done nothing to the suspension on my 2016 crew cab long bed F-350. All my 'modifications' have been cosmetic. I have had no death wobble experience whatsoever. I tow a 7k travel trailer for thousands of miles yearly. Stock size tires. Stock everything. I'm hoping if I keep things this way I won't experience any of these problems.
Ford is aware of the problem and will fix it at no charge. I’ve personally experienced the death wobble and they fixed it, no questions asked. F250 diesel
i would love to know your cure for power steering new steering box new pump new lines new filter new reservoir so what is it i even did the suspension and drag-link all new and i still don’t have a normal steering so what is the secret
Very informative video. In my opinion if you have a dodge, those suspension adjustable arms are a MUST have. Worth every penny of 2k. Makes the truck just so much better.
The first thing I always look for when diagnosing death wobble is a steering gear or rack and pinion not securely mounted to the frame for one reason or another. The next thing would be a loose Pittman arm or drag link. For most vehicles this is the issue but it seems like a lot of these newer solid front axle trucks really do have geometry issues like this video talks about.
If I can ask why does my 05 excursion with 4 inch lift and 35 inch tires sway so bad with my 36ft bumper pull trailer? I put new air bags and a anti roll bar on the rear axle. It’s a 4x4.
Many reasons why it can sway but it’s likely due to either tongue weight or because the trailer is too heavy for your excursion, buying a dually helps sway on trailers significantly
My son had the wobble issue on his 2017 f350 diesel4x4. After we installed a 1.5 inch leveling block, it hasn't happened since. I can't explain why, it just seemed to work.
I installed a Bilstein dual steering stabilizer, and it cured my death wobble on my 2012 F250 6.7 King Ranch. That single stock steering stabilizer is the problem with these 3/4 and up Ford trucks!!!
is this an old dodge? I have a 2022 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel and it drives over bumps on the highway better than my cars
This is great. Awesome to see. Alot of trust there.

I hope he meant $1800 hundred , I could have sworn he said $18000 grand?
If I keep my tires rotated I never have an issue on my power wagon but if I let them go she will wobble right off the road!!
I love suspension work I know it’s a lot of work but someone has to do it
good info, thanks
Would this also apply to a 1999 E350 econoline 2wd?? I don't know how to fix my dad's van for him.
I’ve 218,000m on my 11, f250, 6.7ps with stock suspension. I have experienced the DEATH WOBBLE numerous times.
Caster is the answer 👍🏾👍🏾 Even a dodge with bad ball joints will death wobble with stock settings.

Excellent video guys I do a lot of front suspension work in my driveway
What about the old chicken wing suspension like in a 1985 to 1995 (plus or minus) years?
Eyyyyy I fix the death wobble in my 2014 6.7 thanks a lot
How does one go about getting ahold of your shop? Website link leads to nowhere...

Wow literally just had this happened to me this weekend. Didn’t know what was going on. Thanks for the info.
Good video. Was difficult to see what was being pointed to underneath the truck without a flashlight or something else.
#1- if you have a 7.3L, for Gods sake DONT lift it.
It might be nice to have a Ford behind you vs the rice burner 🤷♀️
So why did the engineers set the camber caster and toe the way they did? Asking not try to be a shithead.
Do you get any wobble with leaf spring? Or is it mostly with coil springs?
Ok. I’m wrong. These guys are legit!
"if the truth hurts your feelings...that's your problem!" Bill always speaks the truth and I love it!
Thanks bill damn good information there.

Love getting to hearing y'all
Caster is key!
Thank You..
Why don’t they do this at bills shop?
He said no time w all engines theyre doing 😊
Bill focuses on engine work and tries to not spend his technicians time working on suspension jobs, he says that at the beginning of the video

Same on my 06 F350 it was swinging the rear axle back that fixed it
