@@matewuocean I see your point, I guess the owners/interior designers have much work to do to make this feel like a home rather than an architectural expression.
Excellent. One of the very few Architects who got it right. In Europe they are looking for the sun, whereas down under we try to protect from the harsh sunlight. Well done. 👊👌👍
It has the playfulness of a labyrinth with a surprise around every corner, but not claustrophobic. The home breathes, and somehow manages to have views even in the heart of the space. Love it! ☺️
This renovation seems to be quite innovative to me. So often renovations rise above neighboring homes but this one sits lower then neighboring houses and utilizes natural light through skylights and courtyards which surround the home and brighten the home. It's lovely and serene. The lines throughout the home are beautiful and the materials used are very nice. This is really quite lovely.
Im more concerned with that huge flat roof with no water management to be seen. All that eater dripping from the sides with all the dirt accumulated above will make all the sides dirty in a few years..
okay so why did i only find out abt u guys recently? these are my house tour things, aesthetically pleasing, serene and i had fun whilst learning. truly, some videos are like gold. 😍
would love to see more garden base designs. a lot of these houses go for a minimalist approach to the landscaping. cool house though and awesome video!
Wow. I’ve always dreamed of having an inner courtyard which could be seen from most areas of the house through floor to ceiling windows. This takes that to whole other level.
People don’t like this? Interesting. I love it. Clean lines and uncluttered without looking stark. And the underground garage is also hugely creative as it looks like parking is probably an issue in that area 🤔🤷♀️🙃
I was thinking the same thing! I’m an architecture student in Germany and basically every professor tells us that concrete is basically the devil because of its environmental impact! I can see why it’s nice to have a concrete home in Australia, it will create a fairly nice and cool interior climate. But they don’t even mention that concrete is bad…
Love the house... and I can see everyone praising the editing. The music is great... but the video is so choppy that you don't get to soak in the experience of the space. I know I'll probably get attacked for sharing my opinion, but that is just my opinion. Love the house.
The stock market has been a really tough one this past year, but I watched an interview on CNBC where the anchor kept mentioning " TERESA JENSEN WHITE ". This prompted me to get in touch with her, and from January 2022 till now we have been working together, and I can now boast of $540,000 in my trading portfolio.
I love this design. Would a house like this be suitable for the climate in San Salvador, El Salvador? I would some day like to retire and move back from Canada to El Salvador and build something like this in a smaller scale perhaps. Excellent job! Thank you for sharing.
I like how the concrete makes the house cold and hard on the outside, but then the oak makes it warm and soft on the inside. Sort of like a cosy safe-space. 🙃
superb. that's one of the beautiest homes i've seen in this channel, i love the textures of the concrete and the contrast with the timber, def want my house to look like this
Personally I dont care much about this house, it feels crammed and gimicky, but I just have to say I love the integrated build in wooden wardrobes/cabinets in these modern australian houses, they look so much better than just a plain wall and are probably really efficient and handy ways to have a lot of storage in your house
I totally hear what you're saying - but for me, the idea of quiet, small, private reflective spaces is more attractive then a bunch of interconnected hamster trails ;-).
Most times it amazes me greatly the way I move from an average lifestyle to earning over 63k per month, utter shock is the word. have understood a lot in the past few years to doubt that opportunities abound in the financial markets, The only thing is to know where to focus.
@RONATO Johnson Anyways not actually, what I know about trading almost borders on zilch lol. I make huge profits on my investment since I started trading with Mrs Debbie Ramirez, her trading strategies are top notch coupled with the little commission she charges on her trade.
@Olivia George Her concept is key in beating all odds to excel in this form of online commodity trading. investing with Mrs Debbie Ramirez is the best decision I made this year.
The contrast between this incredible home and the houses around is amazing. They look awful... actually they are. This is a demonstration that design is something rare to create and understand.

The detail, workmanship IS sublime
I love the minimal approach. The courtyards with the floor to ceiling windows ties all of it together, it's perfect!
I have room in my basement. Its absolute retro. 3500 a month
"we don't want the architecture to be the overwhelming part of what's happening"... I'm not sure they nailed that here.
I would disagree because when all the walls are bland and monochromatic it pulls the focus to the interior.

Not my cup of tea, too many turns. But i would have loved it as a kid.
The editor that came up with the transition ideas needs a raise
Hey Editor is that you ?
Good for the young couple. They certainly have the money! Looks great.
It has an idea in Nature and the details expresses it in many ways.
I did not expect the underground garage. Wow!
I so appreciate the placement, light and design of those with this knowledge. Stunning home.
Modern architecture is an acquired taste.
Beautiful house, it feels warm and earthy, I love it
Wow love it, so clean and minimal !
An immeasurable amount of thought and effort has gone into creating a truly magnificent home . Cool as

In your opinion, what plants or trees are suitable for a typical house like this?
It’s a beautiful piece of art no words to describe hats off🫡
As an architect myself, I think the house is truly wonderful.
These house designs feel modern, yet so cozy. I love this house.
Yesssssss😊 love it
Love the design. I wonder what happens though when it rains hard and all that water goes into that courtyard garden
It's in Australia
But I still think they have some sort of drain in those courtyards
I am sure they have drainage system, you can look it up and you'll learn how architects do that, there are some sophisticated solutions
Im more concerned with that huge flat roof with no water management to be seen. All that eater dripping from the sides with all the dirt accumulated above will make all the sides dirty in a few years..
Looks closely you will see the drainage solutions.
Beautiful around us and often Beauty is in the little details, just have to look carefully 💚
This is one of my favourite channel with respect to properties presentations
"I love the open layout; it feels so spacious and bright."
Really wanted to see the underground garage lol. Great execution as always by FGR Architects

Incredible. I just watched it twice 😍
What a production! From the shots, script, editing and music! Kudos TLP! Great house too!
Stunning and so calm.
Beautiful home!!! 😍🤩👏

Kudos for not saying “space” every five seconds like most designers & architects.
Very good project was very well
It's very "understated " from the outside but it's an optical illusion because once inside, it's very impressive!!!
Beautiful clean and minimal home design.
It looks like a bunker ! Love it
People don’t like this? Interesting. I love it. Clean lines and uncluttered without looking stark. And the underground garage is also hugely creative as it looks like parking is probably an issue in that area 🤔🤷♀️🙃
Totally agree. Well presented to!
33k views in first 9 hours!
I agree. People saying it looks like a prison clearly don't appreciate the minimal style. The home looks really nicely detailed and executed.
Yes, but the garage door that swings inwards takes up quite a lot of space. It does look like a pretty big garage tho.
@@catherinebonanno6545 it does flow so effortlessly though. Watching from Jamaica 🇯🇲
I love it! The perfect home. Beautifully designed and crafted.
Man, this obsession with concrete in australia is something..

i swear you video editors choice of music is on point! excellently selected! keep up the good work!
Wow! Just gorrgeous.
This inspires me so much.
Beautifully shot and edited
Beautiful home!
That home is mesmerising ❤️
Your videos are therapeutic guys😊

Amazing home ❤️❤️❤️❤️.
Que gran diseño . Que buena distribucion . Una casa sencilla pero muy acojedora. Solo proyecta paz y tranquilidad
this could be a setting for a nice movie.

Man,wat a beautiful house
I wish they would have put a lime wash or white wash over the oak joinery. It is just too orange and a softer colour would have looked beautiful.
so beautiful!would be perfect personally if the wood was less orangey.

That's right, getting in touch with a consultant during the pandemic was how I was able to scale through the crazy stock downtrend.
That's massive. Can you please connect me with your personal broker, I would love to work with her
Like I said previously, her name is TERESA JENSEN WHITE , and you can reach her via her website.
Just run a search on her name, and you would see all you need.
thanks for the info . Found her website and it impressive
It's a Zen-Dojo!
It seems to me as a modern answer to marrakesh Riads, the courtyard, the 90 degree turns! Perhaps, I would prefer higher ceilings! Well done!
beautiful

É de fato uma lida casa, uma inspiração.
Mamma mia!!

Pretty
Reminds me of the house in Parasite.
Except the house in Parasite was a million times better, lol.
Except the house in parasite wasnt even a real house
reminds me of when i used to visit prisons as part of my job.
superb. that's one of the beautiest homes i've seen in this channel, i love the textures of the concrete and the contrast with the timber, def want my house to look like this

~ S T U N N I N G ~ what a marvelous home, epic.
I would enjoy a "studio version", open kitchen and living space
(alone) would lend to the look.
does anybody have an idea where I can buy this cognac lounge chair type of thing at 4:25 min?
Personally I dont care much about this house, it feels crammed and gimicky, but I just have to say I love the integrated build in wooden wardrobes/cabinets in these modern australian houses, they look so much better than just a plain wall and are probably really efficient and handy ways to have a lot of storage in your house
It looks like a worse version of the house from Parasite.
@@catpoop7 couldnt agree more
Wow!
Interesting house. What is that chair at 4:25?
the courtyards should have been interconnected and/or linked to the backyard. looks like prison courtyards with more greenery otherwise
I totally hear what you're saying - but for me, the idea of quiet, small, private reflective spaces is more attractive then a bunch of interconnected hamster trails ;-).
Its give better used of space and the way they used the sunlight entry in home is beautiful
Incrível amei ❤️

I like the prison vibe.

wow
total cost or value? why are numbers never discussed or shared?
Интересно, что за покрытие на полу?
Can someone recommend me another channel like this?
"toha film" another level
never too small is the best one
You guys should try to do a normal house tour. The fast cuts, annoying music, and you not showing the whole house I find annoying.
The contrast between this incredible home and the houses around is amazing. They look awful... actually they are. This is a demonstration that design is something rare to create and understand.
It seems nice, but i suspect that all rooms are open to each other?
All icing, no cake. Too heavy, too rich. Nice parkhouse for the Ferrari though lol
100%
the house seems pretty dark on the inside :/
Who is the architect?
