Never. Slabs are a scam, end of story. Some like to pay premium, good for them. I sure ain't legitimizing the "tax version" of the hobby. It's disguised thievery, in a sense. Especially when the value of the card matters on how much you pay for evaluation. People seem to love discrete scams.
Once they set goes out of print then they will most likely start to climb in price. Right now set two in full swing and most people have what they want to play with from set 1 so demand is lower.
Random question. Seeing as both sets came in 2023. If I send a card I pulled in 2023 for grading in 2024 will it come back with a label “2023” or 2024”.
Stuff like this has been around for over 20 years for pretty much every collectible out there and hasn’t ruined anything. People running pump and dump scams is not unique to graded collectibles.
So who’s already graded some Lorcana cards?

Is there a tutorial on how to tell if its centered? Lorcana specifically
There are centering tools but it gets a bit tricky with full arts. Really have to compare them to official stock photos to see how the line up
Im thinking about grading the lorcana d100 6 limited edition cards in it.
What do you think about it?
Not a bad idea. They are limited print run so long term a decent item plus they look great!
Is keeping first chapter blister packs a good investment?. Pls reply

@@HobbyHeroPlays-oi8jt What about the box? how much will the price of the box in like 2 years?
@@stefan7848 hard to say, they could still do another print of chapter one at this point.
This deters me from grading with BGS XD
I would not recommend sending any Lorcana to BGS unless you just like the slabs. Their total population of 10s is extremely low
nope haven’t graded my cards I don’t really plan on grading them either.
To each their own! Not for everyone for sure

@@samuelbourdeau1545 2023, it goes off original release of card
@@HobbyHeroPlays-oi8jt thank you for your reply.
@@samuelbourdeau1545 no problem 👍🏻
How about just don’t grade them period? Stuff like this and the WATA scam are ruining hobby markets
