Jewelry is not worth it most of the time. The research involved is not worth it. It's very hard to sell. Most of it isn't worth anything. Sometimes you get lucky and find gold and silver, but no, I would never suggest doing jewelry to anyone. I collect and research it, and if I ever want to actually sell.. good luck to me on that.. I already know, lol.
i’m a woman and the only jewellery i own is my wedding ring 😂 i watched other resellers pick up turquoise or other stones but i stay away from it 😅 she was such a cutie filled with energy haha

Some people will complain about haggling, about early birds and so many other things. They are NOT the people who comment on your generosity "keep the change", and your kindness to little kids "Oh, lemonade?". Stay with the jewelry, especially the marked sterling.

I am glad to see you venturing into jewelry. The prices at the community sale weren’t bad. At 7:09, there is what might be a Lucinda house pin, on the red mat at 3 o’clock, 2nd row in. Those are popular, and are easy to identify because they are marked on the back. Anything that looks like turquoise, or is Western or Southwestern style is good. Christmas pins can sell well in the season, for a buck each, I would have bought them all. Animal or figurative pins are popular, at that price, I would have again, snagged all of those as well. I used to hate early birds when I did yard sales. When the sale starts at 8, and people knock on my door at 6, that’s just rude. People were particularly aggressive where I live, asking for 50% to 70% off of big ticket items 5 minutes after my sale started, and calling me a b***h when I did not accept their lowball offers. Now that I am a reseller, I am more understanding, but I have a low tolerance for rudeness. You are always polite and helpful, I think I would have enjoyed having you for a customer.
