Honestly a great phone. Haven't gotten a case for mine yet. But for my hand size it feels perfect even without a case. I used to not be into the larger screened phones but I took a chance with this one and love it. On the right settings the battery lasts a long time. And the 1080p quality settings while watching UA-cam videos is actually astonishing.

You finally did a quick review! You earned your second thumb up from me. I remember last year I kept asking you for a review of the original Celero 5G+ and you refused to do it, so I never bought that phone. I guess you won't do it, but I request a comparison between this and the original Celero 5G+.
Otherwise, is it just me or is the orange on last year's model nicer looking? I know the camera setup looked way better last year. It now looks like a ridiculous bug eyed iPhone camera setup. If I wanted an iPhone, I would get one!

Even though I use flagship devices I still love phones like this. It's interesting to see how smaller companies can find a way to do more with less. Actually, NUU Mobile just introduced a new 5G device in the last week. I would definitely put it in the same category as this one.

I disagree about the speaker i think it sounds good especially using head phones .with its boost Max on its an improvement in my opinion. But 2023 celero 5g plus had a 95 score on sound so you can imagine how much better sound this one has. And it does. But people have different opinions .the rest of what the phone does is fine to me .not shabby at all i had it for almost three months and i enjoy the boost Max sound and the big screen can be addicting when it comes to game's its smooth because it has sufficient 8 g on it what you need for higher games .and smoothness.

Unless it's for people who purchase these phones to just make phone calls and text messages and that's it, I'll never understand why people will accept the years old performance specs and extremely limited software and security updates which are attached to phones like these, when higher spec'd and better performing phones which will be updated and supported for much longer periods of time already exist, from brand names which are much more well known. And I'm NOT just talking about the >$1,000 flagships, either. Plenty of "mid-range" phones exist with better software and security updates support, better screens, and better cameras, but yet people refuse to get off of the bargain phone treadmill because of the low initial cost, and the fact that more effort was put into phones like this one to make it *look* like a flagship competitor, while cramming it full of relatively "old" technology, and making it an unneccessarily large "bigger must be better" size with needlessly large bezels all the way around.

@@b54b32 Not really. The only Android phones that have any kind of legit long term software support are Galaxy phones and Pixel phones. With those 2 brands software support exists across their entire line, including the mid range you’re speaking of. Motorola, TCL, Oneplus, Nokia/HMD have abysmal software support. They come brand new out of the box already a version behind and you’ll be lucky if you receive the single update they promise that will bring you up to current and if you do get it it will be right around the time Google releases the next update. So it will always be behind. Security will be quarterly and will likely fall woefully behind.

Never had a cell phone I couldn't use in my house. No one can hear me. I have to go outside in the street and scream for anyone to hear me.

I like the OnePlus N30, but I agree. I think the Celero is a bit better as well... I just needed stereo speakers.

Dual speakers and better battery life

@@CharlesFulcomerOnePlus N30 5G has dual speakers and a 5000mah battery life. I currently use the phone for casual stuff, but played State of Survival on it for a few months. It has 8gb ram with expandable 8gb ram. Compared to this 8gb ram Celero phone, would you recommend the switch?
