Sikh Prayer Day 2023

A recent annual Sikh prayer day was held at St James’s Hospital in collaboration between the Trust Chaplaincy, the local Sikh community, and with gratitude to Leeds Hospitals Charity. The event took place at the Bexley wing faith centre.
The focus of the event was to pray for the well-being, recovery, and good health of patients within our hospitals, extending strength to all staff irrespective of their faith, spirituality, or beliefs. Aligned with Guru Nanak’s philosophy for peace and prosperity, the gathering aimed to promote a sense of unity and support for both patients and healthcare professionals.
