My sister sent me my first 2 bags of Gallon each was 10 tea bags Caffeinated. Living in Vegas in this 100 degrees heat everyday so having Y'all Sweet Tea instead of plain water or Sodas this makes more sense. I make my gallon Tea with no sugar cause that's how my husband love's it. And when I drink mines I add a little sugar over my ice and stir in the ice Tea cause that's how I love mines and my visitors have a choice how they like theirs. And during this pass 4th of July with the discount I purchased 4 bags of the Gallon caffeine and 2 of the half a gallon decaffeinated so now I'm set for a while. I love Y'all Sweet Tea I hope when we move to Hawaii I can still order my batches of Y'all Sweet Tea in the future ❤️🌺❤️🌺❤️🌺
Love me some sweet Tea and never knew it was so technical to make I need to try this method out and Y'alls sweet tea, thanks for sharing, now, I'm back to fishing 😆
So just a heads up guys. I'm a little sweet tea connoisseur lol You could get away with a lot less sugar than that maybe even one and a half cups. When I don't make tea I buy Milo's sweet tea from Costco and I mix half a gallon of sweet to half a gallon of unsweet and it's literally perfect for me. You taste a little sugar. So you could probably do the same with this. I might try this actually. Brother I'm in sales. You make this a little stressful to process lol. Not for me because I've done it before. But also show us a video or in this video what the water looks like at your version of boil. Or give us the temperature reading on that. Most people have thermometers
And the watermelon tea even with only 2 cups of water added to the ice after steeping tasted barely like tea. I’m going to try 20 minutes of steeping vs 9 that they suggested. We steep our sun tea all day long in the summer so it’s good and strong when adding ice later on. Y’all Sweet watermelon tea is super weak so far. I hope it is better with a longer steep.
Don't doubt it, till ua try it. I am from the south and hear what you are saying, but because you are adding the sugar immediatwley with the steeped tea, the sugar will dissolve. Funny, my initial , NO WAY was it is gonna water down your tea, because watching genartion after generation , add your sugar let cool... and being chemistry math major, took it on, like a science experiment. Magically it did what he said..sugar melted and could drink immediately. I still like to refeigerate mine more. I like COLD tea and a lot of ice in my glass. I am waiting to hear how the peach tastes with out sugar. Living all over now, I have accepted plain tea. Rather have it that way tjam someome sweeting no clue how or artificer.
I agree with you! Sugar over Ice? No way. He should have put the sugar in first, steeped tea, water then ice. Personally, I use a kettle to heat the water, steep the tea for a least 5 minutes, pour the tea over the sugar, stir, then add filtered ice water from the fridge. It’s not that hard people.
One bag of 10 tea bags are $7.99 to $8.99 just for the tea bags then you have to buy your sugar so around $15 or or $20 dollars for 10 gallons of tea if you use one gallon tea bag per gallon. The tea is orange pecko and black orange pecko tea.The people that run this company are two young men college students of Alabama. First time business owners.Just beware that it does cost more than your typical box of family or gallon tea bags that have quite a bit more tea bags if you're on a budget.
Your 9 minutes steep time with the watermelon tea was wayyyyy too short. With just two cups of water added after steeping, it was extremely weak tea. Like almost zero tea flavor and absolutely no watermelon flavor. Very disappointing for this first time customer. We’re going to let it steep for 20 minutes next time and see if that helps, but if it doesn’t, we won’t be able to support you in the future. Tea should taste like TEA! Especially with sugar in it. Good strong deep tea flavor and a some sweetness to bump up the yummy factor. I’m really hoping that the next batch actually tastes like tea. And yes, we followed your directions exactly. Thankfully, we’re southerners who know how to make tea, so I only added 2 cups of cold water and then tasted it before adding an additional 6 cups!

You have to melt the sugar in hot water! You can’t put sugar on ice and expect the sugar to completely melt !
Y’all aren’t from around here.

I agree!
That is over 10 minutes to make a pitcher of tea that won't last 1 meal for a large family.
Yea it’s real tea. It’s not supposed to be instant.
