I told another UA-camr that my Uni friend worked for divorced Sarah for approximately 3 months, that was all she could handle. Sarah had a different persona, thou she played airhead to the outside world & swore up and down that she was only about giving, donating, pledging, she had greedy taste, good parasocial tactics she knew how to work, and feasted on favors, but the straw that broke the camel's back was that when a young loyal employee asked her if she could apply for PA opening, Sarah replied why would I hire you if I can hire a graduate from Harvard University. I was so shocked but I knew my friend was telling me the truth.

Sarah York is vile and an opportunist. A grifter of the older generation. I don't like her. At all. Not princess material by any stretch of the imagination. I'm in prince Philip's camp on this issue. Lady C Said she did a good job as a mother. She did not. The nannies were the good mothers.

Fergie is a typical spare wife. Wanting the lime light but has nothing to offer. She tried to sell out Andrew to a reporter but was caught. Apparently she fell out with Diana because she wrote about borrowing Diana’s shoes and catching atheletes foot from them. Diana was so hurt and outraged she never spoke to Fergie again. Fergie claims she had no idea why Diana stopped talking to her and still tries to make out they were the best of friends. She went on Oprah’s show which was a no, no! Fergie is another grifter like Harry’s wife and it’s said like her daughter Eugenie she feeds them info. She is playing both sides. Don’t trust any of the Yorks!

"Athlete's foot (tinea pedis) is a fungal skin infection that usually begins between the toes. It commonly occurs in people whose feet have become very sweaty while confined within tight-fitting shoes" -Medical website-
Also when you don't dry your feet properly after a shower.
And you can't get it from other people.
So Fergie was wrong but she got to trash Diana and that's what she wanted.

In 1985, I, along with my husband and four other friends, were holidaying in the Scottish Highlands. On the Sunday morning we decided to go to Crathie Church to see if we could spot a Royal for a bit of craic. There was about 60 or 70 people standing around. Out came the Queen and Prince Philip, they smiled and waved and we waved back, next was Charles and Diana, they smiled and waved and we duly smiled and waved back. Next came Andy and Fergie, and as I recall they weren't married that long. We smiled and waved, well, Fergie gave us a look like we were sh*t on her shoe. She could not have looked more imperious if she had practised that haughty face for 6 months. When we picked our chins up from the floor, we fell about laughing but many others were visibly upset at being treated like peasants. To this very day, I've never forgotten the look on her face.

Interesting comments about Fergie, which I totally agree with. Prince Philip was a good judge of character, and like Markle, Sarah just wasn't cut out to be a Royal. She was always an embarrassment, and I blame her for the Epstein business because she was always in debt, looking to borrow money and Andrew asked Epstein for the loan of 10K for her. The only member of the York Family I have time for, and that's since she married Edo who, as my late Aunt would've said, "Tidied her up", is Princess Beatrice, and Charles should bring her in as a working Royal if she agrees to cover the engagements left by Princess Alexandra who is very poorly at 84, and the Duke of Kent, now 87. Happy New Year! 🎉🎊🎆🍸

What Paul Burrell won’t say, is that at the time he was transferred from BP to working for Charles & Diana, he saw that as being demoted & really didn’t want to go. Before she died, Diana was in the process of getting rid of him for being too familiar with her. Other staff members say Paul used to open & read Diana’s mail before he gave it to her.

How ironic that Charles was flirting with his old flame Anna Wallace to annoy Diana at that wedding, because if memory serves me, Anna dumped Charles when she was (briefly) his girlfriend, in a rage because he flirted with his ex, Camilla P-B, at the Queen Mum's 80th birthday party and completely ignored Anna! Anna was the last girlfriend before Charles met and married Diana, and she allegedly turned down 2 marriage proposals from Charles herself, as she had reservations that he was still hankering after Camilla. Was she right, or was she right....!

@purpurina5663 She was mother to an entire nation and her actual children fell by the wayside a bit, likely helped on by the upper class tradition under which she herself was raised where parents were a bit more distant than modern "normal" families would expect. An unfortunate situation for the children, I think, but an understandable human failing on the part of the late queen.

Putting her on the walk outside of the church was so wrong on so many levels, primarily because it demonstrates tacit approval of her as part of the public Royal Firm and by extension that of Prince Andrew. Behind the public view - fine but don't put her out on a public platform. What she demonstrated to the public was like an over excited puppy peeing and marking her spot. Agree with you about Sarah. I think perhaps because the Queen was quite fond of Beatrice and Eugenie and understood that they wanted their mother around that Sarah was never truly banished. But the Queen certainly could not have condoned the many things Sarah had done to embarass the family (and her favorite son). Also, you are dead right about the Corgis. After basically loaning them to be with her for the rest of her life, the Yorks made a big deal of "taking the Queen's beloved Corgis" to keep after she died and Sarah sends out photos of them occasionally to keep someone in the spotlight, not sure if it is her or the corgis.

I have the same feelings about Fergie. She’s a loose canon and I wonder ‘why now’ after 30 odd years, is she invited to join the family in public. She’ll dine out on those corgis for the rest of her life but you’re right - the Queen only agreed to take the dogs if they agreed to take care of them after she passed. Oh the Riding Instructor! I cannot wait to hear what is written in this chapter. I know who that is and the current Prince of Wales was not impressed when he found out what his mother had been up to. I can see now why this book was banned in the U.K. 🥴

The palaces and houses are so big and require so many staff to run them, and it’s so easy to see from these lovely snippets that all the royals, behaving good or bad, treated them as extended family members, all the staff are part of the team that keeps each household and each family member sane and ticking over. That’s something I really admired about the late Queen, she lived that exact sentiment every day, she never saw any staff member as anything but valuable from high to low 👑🌺

Fergie really hammed it up on the walk returning from church. She hung back and was heard to make the comment as she was mingling with the people,”I’m going to get in trouble.” It insinuated she has to stay in line with Royal protocol??? She has been able to walk on the fine line of being commercial while profiting from her connections to the RF. She will always be mother to the blood princesses and kept that connection. Meghan should have paid attention to how Fergie pulled that off! 😂

Have you seen the video of the Royal family arriving at the wedding of the Princess Royal and Sir Tim? Prince Andrew almost leapt out of the car and was very assiduous around his grandmother. Obviously very polite to his elders. Let’s just say that I was left with the impression that he and Sarah have been very keen to stay in favour.

Happy New Year to you Shauna and to all your viewers! I have mixed views regarding Fergie. I do think that perhaps if she had been given a generous divorce settlement sge might have made different financial decisions. She has not trashed the roysl family but she like Meghan is opportunist and has used her connection to the royal family and title to market herself for financial reasons. I agree with you, Shauna, about questioning how close she was to the queen as that is not documented. Perhaps it is just me but i can't help but question her claim that she will get a royal funeral as well as be buried with the other royals. I wonder if that is documented or was it just a conversation between the two of them too. I also question why is she making that information public now? If true it seems that would be something to be kept private within the family unless she is on her deathbed now? What if it is not true or documented? It really does put the royals in an uncomfortsble position if they do not give her that royal funeral as she has already told the world that the queen agreed to it. Personally i can't see the queen agreeing to it unless she marries Andrew again.

Thank you for making the point of the corgi puppies, these were given to her late Majesty by Sarah and Andrew even though they knew the Queen’s plan was to be dog less once the last of her aged dogs had passed. I get annoyed when the royal experts bring up how wonderful Sarah is for taking in and caring for these dogs. I totally agree she should not have taken part in the walk to and from church. Sarah’s behavior at the walk about was cringe worthy at the least. Why she couldn’t have just walked and waved with some semblance of dignity instead of pushing past others to get to the free gifts and flowers. To me Fergie has always been a grifter and its not surprising she was sucking up to the future king.

The only issue would be if Fergie puts that childlike innocence on so that others can underestimate her or if she really is a bit silly. Either way, from older docos & bits & pieces about the fam that I’ve viewed, Sarah is depicted as being sharp as a marble.

I must say I had the same thoughts about Sarah and the Royal walk but for different reasons. She isnt of the Blood and neither is she married to one of the Blood any more. Lovely that she is allowed back with them but as if she were a royal? Nope. She should have gone to and from the church discretely on her own

But if she'd gone alone she would not have been able to grab all the gifts on offer during their walk.

She isnt allowed to keep them. She took them on behalf or the Royal family who then send them on to various charities etc. But maybe if her profile is higher she can make more money from it! The RF just dont seem to learn do they!@@suzanking5625

but the late queen decreed that she may be buried with other royals at frogmore; that is a rare honour for one not legally linked to the royal family

I didnt know that but I still think if she wants in on the public aspect she drops her work and re-marries Andrew@@acommentator4452

I agree with you about Sarah. She has never conquered the habit of being inappropriate and indiscreet.

Totally agree with you in regards to Sarah. I personally wouldn’t trust her as far as I could throw her!
She shows “loyalty” only to the camp she sees is “winning”. She is like Burrell, tells stories, never mentioned before to inflate her position, closeness to someone.
Her behaviour at the walk about was embarrassing, she behaved as if she was the star, the reason everyone was there. She practically jogged from side to side, talking to everyone like an over excited Redsetter. Her daughters tried to reign her in but it took a while.
Her book will come, she won’t while Charles is King as she relies on his kindness, but when he passes and William is King ( should she be still alive) she will tell all.

I agree with you re Sarah, the church, and the dogs. I understand Sarah’s behaviour was a bit over the top on the Christmas Day walk to and from Church. She acted as the star of her show! And yes, the dogs were on loan. Loved this video too. It seems there was little attempt to discuss anything quietly at Highgrove!
