• Amber Wild in Nashvill...
I saw KISS for the first time (and first concert) at the Municipal Auditorium in Nashville TN on August 14, 1979. I was 13. I still can't believe my parents let me go! My daughter's first concert was KISS Psycho Circus at the Gaylord Entertainment Center, and my son's first concert was KISS with Aerosmith at Starwood Amphitheater outside Nashville TN.
My son and I saw them at Bridgestone in 2019, then he surprised me with his company's box seats for this show. KISS has been a part of my life since my best friend Tonya and I snuck her brother's albums back in 1977. I'm thankful I was able to share this band with my kids. I feel young every time I listen!
First time I saw KISS was in Nashville on the Creatures of the Night tour. The last time I saw KISS was this show in Nashville. Seen them elsewhere, but nothing beats seeing them at home. Lots of fond memories of every show. This show was a good way to say goodbye. Loved every minute of it. Thanks for posting this.
I seen them in ‘99 at the Gaylord Entertainment Center, which is now Bridgestone Arena, I was 8. I took my kid to this show she’s 5 and they kicked her ass as much as the did mine in ‘99
I saw Creatures and it was also low attendance. Lots of empty seats at this one. I’ll remember the Creatures show always.
I actually understand why rockstars never retire, even if they say so ... after living moments like that on stage, with such a show, such a communion with the audiance, such a rush of adrenaline, how can you just stay home and do nothing for the rest of your life ?
You said it brother
Yes. Not easy. Its great to play to fans
You can become bored and complacent with ANYTHING after a while.
I love kiss I was going to the kiss concert in ausin txone but the tikits were to much
The pyro and flash pots in Nashville stole / made their show. Seriously felt the heat from stage right.
I saw them in their original incarnation and then with Vinnie Vincent and Eric Carr. Both shows were epic. They are still amazing. I grew up in the best era for rock and roll. So many fantastic and talented bands.
Probably a little older. I saw the originals. But, isn’t it the wildest thing you’ve ever seen or heard?
I was at this concert and when they came out on stage i started to cry
A big thank you to the person that recorded this concert! You took me to the concert, that I was hoping to go see, but couldn't.😢😢😢😢
First and last time I will ever see kiss. THANK YOU FOR THE BEST ROCK CONCERT TO NEVER FORGET🤘
I was there! It was AWESOME! Thanks for this memory! Fan since 1974, first concert 1978...they always put on a helluva show!
Me to
Awesome lipsynch
The pyro and flash pots were quite good. So many empty seats in Nashville ?
My first concert ever was Kiss Dynasty Tour, my dad took me and I was in the 5th grade. So thankful to see them one last time. It was awesome!
@@jennifersims3088 mine to in Memphis
We were there - my fourth time seeing them and by far the best show they’ve ever done!!! They just keep getting better!!!
🤣
Paul's voice is gone, sounds horrible.
Stage movies like Joe Biden.
Best show they've ever done?!?!?!? You are delusional
That's because 70% of Paul's vocals are fake these days.
Seeing kiss was in my bucket list took me over 40 years bur I did it ❤
Gene still has his voice. We will see them tonight in St. Louis and I'm proud to say this: they put on the best show in Rock N Roll. You have to see it to believe it. They fill stadiums as easily now as in the 70s. And they are in their 70s!
I passed on seeing them the other day in Cleveland. I want to remember the old times. Not this. Paul can barely talk, let alone sing. He's got the old man voice. But they're head and shoulders above all other bands as far as live shows go. It's not even close. No one else is nearly as good as them.
Pauls singing isn't what it used to be , but he's better than Axl, and Vince Neil and most other older rock singers
@@genuengine true.
Thats because Paul is singing to tracks @@genuengine
Did anyone open up for them? And what time did KISS start?
Going to see them tonight in St.Louis, I can't wait!
Have fun! I’m going to see them in Baltimore next month!
We see them in St. Louis tonight also. First saw them December 7, 1978 at the Checkerdome. Excellent show with the original members. Enjoy.
I never heard of this band but i have heard of it and also they are so good 😍😍🎸🎸♥♥😎😎
Wow how time just seems to fly by. First saw KISS in San Francisco in August of 1977 with Cheap Trick as the opening act. What an incredible concert that was. 👍🎸
Wow! What an opportunity. And in 1977. I first saw Cheap Trick at the Kiel Opera House in 1978 (I think that was the year). My first show where I actually did the driving.
@@superbug1977 That's cool you could drive to the show to see them. I fell in love with CT after the very first concert in 1977. I've gone on to see them live around 25 times live thru 2012. They always put on a great show. I honestly do miss Bun E Carlos behind the drums though!!!!!!! 🥁
Bun E Carlos? How can they go on without him? Ok well you've seen Cheap Trick as many times as I have. I'm fortunate to have friends who still love the band. And some of us are in our 60s. We saw them once in their hometown of Rockford at an annual music festival there. We noticed some really old people in the audience and they were none other than Bun E Carlos' parents. And his mother joined us at our seats for part of the show. I've seen a lot of shows and Cheap Trick is always at the top of my list. I saw them last summer in St. Louis and my 15-year-old daughter came along. She digs the classics too.@@bartonpercival3216
@@superbug1977 Wow that is such a cool story about meeting Brad's parents. Yeah I'm getting old, this coming December I'll be 69. Both of my grown kids love Cheap Trick too. My daughter has seen them around 4 times and my son has seen them twice. Cheers!!!! 👍
Ben you did an awesome job filming the Kiss concert , thank you so very much for sharing . This 72 year old Grandmere still loves “KISS” ! Gene is still my favorite . The show looked fantastic so much fantastic lighting . Again thank you so much for sharing , I guess I can now sit back down and catch my breath WOOOOOOOOW ! 🥁🎸🎤🎶💋💋💋💋
I’ve been a fan since 77 was unable to be there 😢 THANK YOU SO MUCH for this upload !!! Best video I’ve seen so far !
Kiss is and will always be the most important band to me, they've been the sound track to my life since I was 11 years back in 1987 til now, so glad to see there sounding great. I've seen em once on the revenge tour, twice on the reunion tour and once on The fair well your. 4 of The best shows I've ever seen.
I was at the Vancouver concert this week. KISS are at the top of their game… just as good as when I saw them in the Destroyer era. We will miss them.
They’ve spent , what every one else would in a factory or office job, the last 50 years seeing the world! Entertaining their fans! And putting out some of the best music, and putting on THE BEST LIVE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I’m 56. Bern a fan since I was 9 years old. They’ve been a big part of my life forever!! I’d like to wish them the best, thank them, and say thank you!
I saw them on the “first,” farewell tour many many years ago!
You mean in 98-00 ‘ yeah some time has past.
" 24 times we played for you in Nashville."... Man, I just was born at the wrong place!!!!. Thanks for sharing this!!!!
They still rock
Was there 3rd row with my wife. Her 1st show (and sadly last). We met them, saw their private set (not sound check as the stage setup was delayed due to “The 1975” not getting their gear out on time from night before). It was a great evening despite the nearly two hour delay. My wife never liked Kiss.. until Monday night!
Good quality, thanks for sharing this beyond amazing show
No words. I am stymied! WOWWWWWWW
Thank you for sharing this! I have tickets for Dec 1 at MSG. Looking forward to seeing them again!
saw them on the Destroyer tour
I was 12 yrs old...Wildass show
I Was There Great Show Thanks For Sharing !! 🎉
I like that they included drums in Gene’s solo.
I was at the Detroit show at Little Caesars arena on 10-20-23. Best rock concert I have ever seen. Detroit Rock City!!!!!
What a great show
Thanks for posting this!
Wow I saw kiss
in 1987 in Nashville and my wife and I saw kiss in Nashville 2000 and wife was pregnant with our youngest daughter and now a grown woman she is at this concert. Kiss forever
Thats awesome my kids went to their first at age 3...classic role model parenting 🤘🏼
I didn’t go to this show, but I felt like I was in Section 120 - my favorite area of Bridgestone Arena - while watching this. 👍🏼
Thanks for sharing live in area🤘
I'm a fan from New York City, and when Eric Carr was the drummer, I was friends w/his sister! She looked like, remember that female comedian Gilda Radner for real!!!! Him and her were total opposites! She was a lesbian, and she had a crush on me and I was crazy about Eric, she new it!!! She never ever been to one of his shows!!!! That's real sad!!! I wonder if she went to his funeral when he passed away. Eric Carr, I still love you!!! I'll never forget when I met you when Kiss did a in store at Sam Goody's record store in New York City,57street and Avenue of the Americas!!!! When the Lick it up! Album came out and you gave me a great big kiss!!! Rest in the only peace Eric, love your #1 New York City fan Marilyn!!!
Seems like some people on here have forgotten.. They can say what they want, but they wouldn't be on here if they weren't fans. We get it There' old and nobody denies that.. But the fact remains.. You wanted the best you got the best. Still the hottest band in the world..KISS 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Epic! I was there this night. Just fantastic!!
My first concert was in 83 Creatures tour. Of course, being from Terre Haute it packed. I was 11 years old 😂 I seen every tour after that. 19 shows total 🤟🏻💀
Thank you ! It was an unforgettable memory now i can relive it .
Awesome....thank you very much
Kiss farewell tours are like the store closing sale….
Amazing performance Amazing production 👏
Saw the lick it up tour nashville 1985
1983 / 84 Lick it up
@@SS-dr1hx was you there,i knowed it snowed that day ,in nash.
@@johnnyeskew4703 January 11 1984 to be exact . No , I was south for the Birmingham show on the 6th. I can see that it would have snowed. It was overcast that day I remember.
@@SS-dr1hx i was a yr off ,your right.was a great show first tour without makeup, lick it up great song
Bridgestone Arena is super close to Ryman Auditorium. Kesha performed at Ryman. I thought it would be interesting if KISS and Kesha bumped into each other.
Kisha? Lol
Kesha was at Ryman that night ? Wish I had known.. I could have missed the opener.
Awesome concert yeah 🤘😆🤘🎸🎸🎸🎤🥁🔥🔥🔥🎥
Thanks for posting! We were there!
Great job filming the show! Thanks!
Awesome view of Paul on his platform!
Good sound quality!! Thanks for the upload, The setlist is pretty much the same when i seen them Pre Pandemic with a few twists. Im aiming to see them at MSG for the last show
It is the same audio pretty much. Your listening to the same vocal tracks every night.
Great show!
Ive been a kiss fan since 1974. I have to say that these End of the Road shows are 1/3 of what KISS was really about. I get it, they are old I know. But there is no flair to the shows anymore. Glad they are going out on top but I am also glad I wont be spending ridiculous money to see any of these shows. Ive seen them more in their hayday and I am satisfied! Give em hell fellas!
I was There !! 🤪( 115/AA) Yup, Great show as always. Although i could tell the Band was tired towards the end.. ( But Gosh, they do a show almost everynight / in their 70s) unbeliveable.😳)
Well aaall right.. that's KISS!
Шикарно!!!
Excellent show 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Pretty crazy that Tommy still has to cosplay as Ace even though he's been in the band for 21 years now.
The BEST part of being a musician? Playing for all of you! As a musician, it's the only time we REALLY come out! Everything else during the day is waiting to play!
million dollar show I've always got my moneys worth every time I've seen ' em
I was there 😅
Long Live KISS
Buen Show!! Sonando duro.
Hell yea they still sound like Kiss.
My only criticism is I thought they may actually change up the set from night to night in order to perform more classic songs one last time but that just isn't Kiss. They have their set list and, unlike many current bands, refuse to waiver from it. I like the idea of being surprised by at least a couple of songs.
1:15:29~ 100,000 Years ( From the middle )
I can never catch a break. Some people have seen them 15 times and lot more even, over the years. I have yet to see them. It's like those tickets and concerts have eluded me for over 50 years.
I just turned 60 and I'll never get to see them. Been a fan since I was 9 years old. ☹😢. I just can never catch a break with anything in my life, ever.
Find a big screen tv and loud sound system. Watch cobo hall 1975-76 . Or anything pre 1976. Do not pass go because that’s where that magic stops . It’s incredible … You haven’t missed much the last 40 years imo.
Yeah, I know that it's pretty much the same thing that they have been doing all these decades. Only now, the shows are more digital and flashy, but same old show basically. @@SS-dr1hx
ciao da Italia rik
Thx for sharing, this is the most exciting show ever! Tommy's amazing, Eric too, and Paul of course. Good to see Gene too.
KiISS IS THE BEST LIVE EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!! It is not about the size of the stage or how many lazers or bombs you put on the stage ...it is about THE SKEForLETON OF THE SHOW WICH IS ICONIC ! All the other bands have something from Kiss, the Kiss dna,but nobody have the superheroes characters, everybody having their own role in the show ..Plus the Kiss politic is for you to see closer the entire show,it is very recommended,in this way Kiss is the best live experience ! ... iKiss were in concert in my country,Romania, and ALL the people, i mean literally all were saying it was the best concert they ever saw ,and they witnessed Metallica,Rammstein,Rolling Stones etc ... A real feeling of maximum adrenaline, this is what Kiss makes people to feel,it is they're own words, but i repeat ... it is a must the be there closer to the stage, the see the band and the entire stage and everything
I get that people question the use of tracks, all that stuff…but holy cow, they still deliver the best stage show known to man.
Don’t confuse pretty lights with a “stage show”. They’re barely even moving. Same
Boring gimmicks every tour for decades. Alice Cooper does a stage show, and changes it every tour.
Great video! Thank you!!! Was there an opening band? What time did KISS come on??? Thank you!!!
Here is a link to the opening band. ua-cam.com/video/JYhsIDsieqw/v-deo.html
I don't remember exactly what time they started, but they were about an hour late.
@@hissdemonThank you!!! That is what I figured. Rock on!!!
Synch it up Paul!
First rock concert.
Worth every moment 😂🎉😊❤
KISS RULES !!!!!
I Was There...66th KISS concert
To all the negative comments, let’s see you get on stage in your 70’s with all that gear and rock out for 2 hours in front of 15K people…!! Night after night, for as long as they have, and still put on the level of performance and production they do. To all the haters who critique Paul’s voice, every single front man in rock who are close to his age sound lousy compared to their prime….even Bruce Dickinson (who’s younger) no longer sounds like the Bruce of old, and he is the epitome of great voice (as Paul once was). These guys rock like no other. Heard Axle Rose lately? Or Brian Johnson of AC/DC? Rob Halford of Priest? The voice eventually deteriorates if you’ve been screaming at the top of your lungs for decades. So lay off and enjoy the show.
ya just gotta smile.
You can really hear the paul and gene show
Where is the second part of the show ? stops after guitar solo !!!!
Kiss will playing the Vegas Sphere in 2024
Im not a fan of that Psycho Circus/100'000 Medley, but overall they still put s great show, I will miss them a lot
A 23 year farewell tour 🤔 I saw the 2000-2002 farewell tour 🧐always about money I grew out 23 years ago saw them first time 1983 March Stuttgart Germany
Do they ever change up the set? Same for the whole tour?
Paul's voice sounds a lot better. He may still be singing to backing tracks some but his talking isn't as bad as it was.
Same fake vocals every night
Get over the fake vocals crap I get it your not a fan .
@@brownsfan4475 I am a fan. A bigger one than you. That’s why I’m disgusted by the lies and hypocrisy.
@@KeldorGrimleish How do know that you are a bigger fan than me . I don't complain about vocals or anything else . I would have loved to see Kiss when they came to Cleveland but could not afford to. My point in my comment was if you are not a fan then why watch this or any other video.
Guy in front of me had a shirt that said farewell tour 1970 - 2000 .
What year is this ?
Credit where credit is due...These dudes are in their 70's. I know a ton is pre-recorded tracks, and the show is lets say " semi-live"...BUT...after hearing Motley Crue...Bon Jovi... even Ace Frehley, and some of the other rock bands still out there...this is definitely more watchable then those. I'm glad they are callin' it tho :)
Da quando Tommy Thayer veste i panni del grandissimo ACE Frehley, non sono più i Kiss.
I mean it’s cosplay kiss , 2 members from a full tribute band. However , give them their own identities and it’s just fine.
966 # ..😊 👍 !! ..Great Show , Thank You ..🎉 😊
What a kickass show
Not really , some nice pyro and flash pots though.
Amazing how Paul sounds EXACTLY the same show after show... Not even one little difference... Wow... Gee, I wonder how he does it....
10/23/23
right now, at this moment ... had they not cancelled Knoxville... I would be watching the beginning of the show..
These guys still going, lol
I know right ‘
Why stop now...
😃😃😃😃😃🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🇧🇷
4K?
I was not there.
Was there a opening band
There was, a brand new band called Amber Wild. They sounded fantastic and had great energy. The lead singer also happens to be Paul Stanley's son!

Paul really feeling himself that night Sounding great
Cat spaceman and gene were good too

Vinnie Vincent and Ace can't be compared to one another. Each has there own unique style and what they brought to the band. But as far as musicianship and technical playing VV can play rings around Ace..To this day you can not hear Ace doing anything like Vinnie. IMO Mr.Vincent is one of the greatest guitarists in modern music.
Are you serious?
Have you heard him play lately?
