Kaizen Q1 2024

يسعدنا أن نشارككم نجاح المخيم Kaizen Event في #ميناء_صلالة للربع الأول من عام 2024. وقد انضم إلينا ضيفنا الفاضل/إيفان فانتين، الرئيس التنفيذي للإدارة الرشيقة في APMT، في هذا الحدث المهم. كما قد حفزت زيارة الفاضل/كيلد كريستنسن، الرئيس التنفيذي لميناء صلالة كل فريق في جميع مواقع المخيم التدريبي.
لقد كان التأثير ملحوظًا حقًا إلى نتائج ناجحة لـ 10 مشاريع تم اختيارها من خلال التقييم في ورشة التطوير المستمر وتحديد الأولويات. وهذا بدوره أدى إلى تحسين استراتيجيتنا وأهدافنا المتقدمة في تطوير السياسات، مما حفز فرقنا للسعي في تحقيق الأهداف الإستراتيجية لتعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر داخل ميناء صلالة، وتعزيز التحسينات المستمرة والمشاركة بأفضل الممارسات.كما أدى إلى زيادة كبيرة في الكفاءة والفعالية الشاملة للميناء.
We are thrilled to share the success of #port_of_salalah #kaizen #event #bootcamp for the first quarter of 2024. Our special guest, Mr. Ivan Fantin, Chief Lean Officer in #apmt joined us for this milestone event. Mr. Keld Christensen, our CEO's visit, inspired and motivated every team across all bootcamp locations.
The significant impact resulted in the successful outcomes of 10 Kaizen Events selected through Kaizen Factory Evaluation and Prioritization. This, in turn, improved our strategy and Policy Development Breakthrough Objectives, motivating our teams to achieve targets and elevate port performance to the Next Level.
This successful event has nurtured a culture of continual improvement within Port of Salalah, fostering ongoing enhancements and celebrating best practices. These efforts have led to sustained improvements, significantly increasing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Port.

Port salalah needs to improve their services and also need to work on staff behaviors like RTG operators, container handles and official staff.
