gave me an idea. take an old keyboard, disable all but three keys, map them to what you want with autohotkey or similar app. 3d print huge buttons and glue them to the buttons you have left behind.
Or you can get a job.
Thank you for the review- to anyone also using these wirelessly, if you start having issues where they stop working and you can't get them out of pairing mode (flashing red light), disconnecting them from the bluetooth devices on your computer and reconnecting again seems to fix it.
Good review bro. Keep it up!
👍🏾 im here for tha key-binding debacle specs, as a device/system agnostic...
Thank you Bro!!!
tysm man!
Hi there, when pressing two of them at the same time, what is then transmitted? As I want to use it for gaming: one button for crouch and the other with the second foot tot zooming. I got a triple foot switch from another make, and I can only do one action either crouch or zoom 😊
THANKYOU
I have an older model of the footswitch (FS3) and can't seem to save the binding to the board. It just keeps being the a, b and c keys.
Was thinking this could be cool to do kind of what your talking about, in gaming. Leaning and something else.
I bought the mechanical usb version of this and i plan on using it too play mw2 cod, with a ps5 control, how do i go about mapping the button i use to crouch on my ps5 control too the third pedal? is there a way? or am i screwed? thanks for making this very in depth review.
Thanks I needed this video thunder hit my computer had to get a new one I lost everything felt like ah bot
Need help! Using OBS, game, and Discord. Deafen feature set up, but only works when clicked into Discord. Want to use it while in-game streaming without switching between Discord and the game.
I'm looking to use the middle one for "Speak" during game key, the left for weapond 1 and the right for weapond 2 to rapidly switch guns in PUBG.
In Linux, you could use AntiMIcroX to replace this windows software told here. It works similarly with whatever hardware this AntiMicroX. If this device has a set up which is fixed to its BIOS, with AntimicroX you can change the default keys to the keys, that you want to use in a game for example. I will try this.
Nice review. Do you know of any similar usb pedal that has analog input, so that it can replace a knob?
Im not super familiar with foot pedals anymore. But I know there's a lot of higher end pedals that let you customize them with custom key pressing springs, much like mechanical keyboards.
I wish you had shown how to set up print screen!
Foot pedal link is unavailable l,when it takes you to amazon, thank though I liked and subscribed.
Is there a chance I can Mute the beep sound?
Can you please explain the difference between "Continuous trigger", "Single Key", and "Multikey combination"? We'd like to use these in our ortho office to avoid unnecessary glove removal!
continuous trigger: push pedal you get the key repeatedly (zzzzzzzzzzz)
single key: push pedal you get one key (z)
multikey: push pedal you get multiple keys (ctrl+z)
A great review. I have two questions:
1. Apart from not having software support, does this work straight off on a Mac? You seem to suggest that you first need to set it up in a PC environment on the Mac.
2. Can it be used with the Apple Quicktime video player? I'm typing speech from a video into Word and would like to be able to keep typing without having to click back and forth between both apps to start and stop the video.
Thank you.
according to google images, its usb 2.0.
The only difference between 2.0 and 3.0 is amount of power and data transfer speeds.
hi, i have started playing pc but with a controller, my question is would i be able to key bind a button from the controller to the foot pedal? thanks
So the way that the drivers work, is it lets you set a key combination that one of the pedals mimics. So you can bind like "Alt + Shift + ctrl + z" in the game. then set that same combo in the pedal driver.
There's also options to mimic generic controller buttons. A lot of modern games let you hot swap between controller and keyboard. So it might not matter.
Hey, thanks for the video. I have the same 3 pedal unit, but can't find a way to save or import a settings file to/from my computer. I need to assign different keystrokes to each pedal depending on what application I'm using, and it would be nice to have these settings saved in a file rather than having to assign them manually each time I want to switch applications. Any ideas? Thanks.
You probably figured it out, but the software saves its settings to a file, so you could probably just make a macro to replace that or do it manually or have several different folders with this same software for each game/app you use with it. Just a thought.
@@esaedvik can you explain how I can save this file from the software? I just can't seem to find it. I just received my footswitch
Is there enough resistance that you can you keep your foot resting on the front of a pedal then slightly rock foot back to click it?
There is a pretty strong spring in there. You aren't going to accidentally press this by resting your foot on it unless your foot's the size of a boulder
Does the device show up as a seperate controller in games? As in, if i use its software, in the tab 'game' and set it as buttons 1, 2 and 3, do those buttons override the 1,2,3 buttons of for example my xbox controller or a connected joystick??? Or are they actual dedicated seperate buttons of the device itself?
this just binds key combos that would normally be for your keyboard or generic controller input. It itself just registers as a generic USB input device on your system. The idea would be if you wanted to bind something. You would bind it to a crazy combination of 3 buttons you wouldnt normally be able to press together on a keyboard. Then bind that button combo to this pedal in the driver.
I'm an illustrator as well, and I've been looking for something like these pedals to map the ctrl alt and shift keys in photoshop; I have a question: These foot switches support holding down keys and multiple keys at the same time? I want to use them mainly as modifier keys, but I read some reviews that state that these keyboards only repeat the keys instead of holding them down.
If you map them to a game controller button do those support holding down the buttons simultaneously as with a normal game controller?
Hey, have you found a good keyboard for this. Im looking to do the same for 3d modelling software due to my carpal tunnel? Any advice would be very appreciated
@@petarcakic3396 Use karabiner elements for the software for these pedals if you have a mac
Where you ever able to find a pedal that can do the hold function? I'm trying to use it for Photoshop and motion design and still haven't found one that can replace the hold down function of a mouse to draw lines etc
If you look at the right hand side of the screen there's a box for "continuous trigger" which would presumably do that.

Hello, thank you for the video.
I need 6 binds for competitive gaming ( so 2x3 ), would the software recognize twice the same model or do I need another one?
Im not sure how well it handles two separate pedals plugged in at the same time. You'd have to ask that either directly to the company that makes it, or via the Q/A section on the amazon product page.
Okay, thank you for your answer. Have a good day!
@mayonnaize have you gotten an answer yet?
Hello, I only did it on their site, and no answer so far
I have FS3-3 pedals and FS2016-2 pedals. When you program it saves the programmed key in the actual pedal. No need for software after you have programmed them. For me it works with 5 different programmed keys and they work the same if i plug them in a another PC without software. Now I have different pedals but I think it works just fine with same pedals.
Hello is it possible to use this devices switches as Right mouse button? Or is it only for keyboard functions?
I cant really fully remember as it was on a different computer. But I believe it did have bindable keys for mouse in the software/driver that came with it.
How long is the cable?
is it USB 3.0 or USB 2.0 or something else ?? i really want to know 😃
On board memory and macros?
the website wont allow me to download it.. everytime i click the Newest updated software it wants to open then auto closes out the window..
Hi, does it work with Mac?
What if I press the button on my keyboard that have the same keybind to the pedal would that affect anything if you get what I’m trying say.
Use f 13 through f 24 keys for the pedals and that solves the issue
@@Kelson01 thank you bro
can you set them up to play/pause, mute/unmute, back page and other things like that, because id love to set it up for that
If you can create a standard keybinding for that. You can then just assign that key combo to the foot pedal
Exactly what I want to do. Did you find it works for that please? I want one pedal to mute/unmute but not sure if that is possible.
Can you set it to one step continues on, then another step to turn off?
I believe it supports toggle buttons yes.
Does this software work with the only one pedal? Need it for mouse
The software only works for foot pedals from this company. There's other open source software that you might want if you want to rebind your mouse keys
The pcsensor website has been down every time ive checked it how do I get a hold of the software to change functionality?
Yeah that is weird. Best bet would be to try to contact them directly through like let's say if you bought them through Amazon there's probably an Amazon support button you can use to contact them
@@ChupacabraTutorials alrighty will do thank you
Does it work with windows 11?
Can i use this with an iPad Pro within music Apps?
if you want one that works with Tablets and phones Id suggest getting one designed specifically for that. This is more for desktops
Dealing with arthritis lead me here, is there any way to make the springs softer? I've been reading from bed with a tablet lately, and I want something that I can "smash" with my whole hand instead of using my fingers.
You cant adjust the spring strength. So if you really need a much much softer spring than your average keyboard spring. You'll need something more customizable than this pedal. Given your current situation. You may also want the option to setup softer springs later.
@@ChupacabraTutorials That's great, I don't really understand the difference between one and two "shifts" though the page is asking me for though..
@@roiad876 What you want is probably something designed more for gamers. As counter intuitive as that sounds. They offer you several variety of "Switch" you can put into the peddle. That just means the part that clicks, and how much resistance it gives. Its a bit more expensive, but it wont be as hard for you to use. Id research those.
@@ChupacabraTutorials @roiad there was a product called stinky footpedal that offered various springs for different amounts of pressure when using the pedals but I believe the company went bankrupt so maybe you can find something on ebay.
I bought a single foot pedal how do I use it for just one button on a certain game?
You use the driver that comes with it. You just bind the pedal to s key combo. So just rebind the game ability to some long combo, then do the same for the pedal.
excellent,so handsome~
Just if I could order them to my country
Function for cronus zen?
Can it be used for J. K. L. buttons for youtube pedal control? I am learning piano and don't want to take my hands off the keyboard when I pause or rewind the video. I can not find a US contact number for the company. Thank you so much.
Yes it can
You should represent the company for sales rep.
Also if they have for MAC and PC.
im guessing this works for windows 11?
If i close my eyes your voice sounds exactly like LGR! Has anyone ever told you that?
Yes. Quite often
can we use this with a camera ? zoom in zoom out and capture ?
All this does is bind a foot pedal to a key binding on your keyboard basically. If your software has the ability to set key bindings, then yes. Most foot pedals are going to just be assigning a key binding from your keyboard to a button that you could press with your foot
@@ChupacabraTutorials ok. If I can find a software compatible to camera then I can assign keys related to that function of the key board ? Is it you meant ?
Like if I want to map it to a button on a controller?
You have to use the drivers you download from their website. You just bind the pedals to button combinations on your keyboard, or a generic controller pad. Some folks have been saying the site doesnt work anymore. So if thats the case you may wanna return it and buy the Elgato pedal. Its better anyway.
Did anyone get this to work with a controller on PC? It works with my keyboard but not controller
did you ever get it to work with controller? having the same issue
does this work if u wanna set some of the pedals to controller binds
yes. It has controller button mapping in the paired software.
@@ChupacabraTutorials thanks for the help 🙏
is it possible to use this with goxlr
No idea. Sorry.
SO you can't just replace mouse with it because you can't move a cursor with it?
Your telling me your foot is able to move a mouse accurately? Tf
Does it work fine with Win 10?
Yes it's literally what I tested it on and showcased in this video
that website doesnt work
It's possible that they changed it which would really suck if you already had the foot pedal and like don't know the new URL. I'm not really in constant contact with any of the developers that send me products to review so I don't really know sorry
Did that work on ps4 ?
Honestly I would recommend getting an actual PS4 foot pedal that specifically for that.
@@ChupacabraTutorials right ? I want one so bad but I can’t finde one I think most of them work only on Pc/Mac. Idk really can’t finde any.
I Wanne use it for Fortnite,Apex,Warzone. In Apex you can loot a deathbox while moving…..
Not sure if anybody used this but I tried using this wile playing game sand streaming in OBS and the issue I ran into is when i clicked the foot pedal it might activate something else on a page.
