I agree it is hard to tell! I placed the entire bag into a 1.5 quart glass bowl (6 cups). The salad filled the bowl I would say around 2/3 - 3/4 of the way full. Therefore, I am guessing there is around 4 cups of tuna-ish salad per bag. Everyone interprets servings differently, and I totally respect that! I tend to think 1/2 cup of a spreadable salad like this works well between 2 slices of bread. Making your own tuna-ish salad is more economical, for sure, but I enjoyed the convenience and the taste. My husband and I were able to make two generous lunch meals out of this one packet. We ate sandwiches twice and also had some of the salad with crackers on the side. Hope that helps!
