I bought this cooler from Amazon but I found some issues with drain knob that on cool and low settings it eject some water out not as much as on drain only small amount of it. Where as on high settings it does not. Can you please confirm if it's a fault or how its expected because as per Crompton service person it's not a problem and expected

isme koi special Humidity control function nahi hai jo pump ki speed ko kum jada kerne ka option hai usi se water flow honey pad pe kum ya jada ker ke cooling ko ghat ya badha sakte hai. abhi current heat weather me low setting pe raat ko dhandhi laga deta hai.

tank full ker dene ke baad continuous ager calate ho to 14 to 18 hour cal jayega

I recently bought Optimus 100 online but to my surprise I got only 4 castor wheels. As per specifications, there are total 5. I am worried to load the water at max level as it may damage the tank. Can you confirm in total how many castor wheels you got with your unit?
replace it or contact customer care they have to give 1 more wheels, there is total 5 wheels one 4 around and one in center
