you have a problem with the document and not with the printer. You should verify that the paper size of the document you send to print matches the paper size loaded in your printer's trays. If you work with MS Word, Open Office Writer or another similar editor, set the paper size correctly. Another option is to enter "Devices and Printers" and in the properties of Konica Minolta 195 you must select Adjust .. Output paper size .. (choose the desired paper) .. Accept. With this operation, every document (of whatever size) is forced to fit into the selected paper.

1 Check the fusing unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position). 2 Check the open/close operation of the right door. 3 Check the fusing unit, DCPU and PRCB for proper connection and correct or change as necessary. 4 Replace the fusing unit. 5 Replace PRCB. 6 Replace DCPU.
I'm doing Konica Minolta copying service and this tutorial is pretty funny because it's a lot easier to do.

you can to Utility and go to paper setting and select tray: automatic tray and restart your printer.
