2 tablespoons tomato catsup
2 tablespoons sambal
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
6 packs instant noodles
Fish tofu

One of my favorite tlaga to pg nakakauwi ng zamboanga. Chef ung dun sa sa pansit na parang instant noodles, Mee Cap Udang cya. ung color green ung balot. parang cyang instant noodles itsura pero walang mga seasoning na kasama. nakikita ko pg ngluluto mama ko hehe. meron na cya sa shopee. para no nid nang bumili ng instant noodles tapos ididiscard lang ung seasoning nya 😅✌️

Mga late 80's 90's nkain na kmi ng mi Goreng instant noodles yung white-Red packed,, then mga 2 years ago ata yun meron narin dto pinas, at may ibat ibang plavors pa yan from theirs brand company tas yung iba ay may sabaw, pero ang mee goreng lang the best,, yung kc late husband ni auntie is Indonesian, then nka rating nmn po ako china at sa singapore, dyan nako nka tikim ng tunay na at masarap na Mee Goreng chinese Style, sobra pong sarap, for me wala binatbat ang lahat ng pancit, 💋👌👍🏼❤️💖💝

Ang sarap nman nyan chef nkakatakam po mahilig kasi ako sa longlife foods.
Sarap nyan, minsan canton ang ginagamit ko, yung hindi instant yung gnagamit sa pancit. Pag walang sambal pwdi na chili oil, tapos brown sugar at soy sauce pag walang kecap manis.

Udang po na noodles mostly ginagamit.semi canton noodles pero malasa from Malaysia din yun.masarap talaga Yan lalo na version mo chef may sahog kasi plain lang talaga sya binebenta.😊
