You know that there is am SAE Standard Battery Charger connector tugged behind the Cover that houses the Ignition? It comes standard on scouts you do not have to retrofit it

The scouts have a pig-tail behind the ignition key that you can plug in a battery maintainer or plug in your heated gear

I did make a video explaining the process on my channel. its basically adding some new hardware and drilling some mounting wholes in the bags.
