Tuna fish - 200g (after water or oil is drained)
Finely diced cucumber - 50g
Sweetcorn - 60g
Sundried tomatoes - 20g (optional)
Salt - 2g
Mayonnaise - 4 Tbsp
Chilli sauce - 1 Tbsp (optional)
Sweet chilli sauce - 1 Tbsp
Parsley
Breadslices - 4
Spreadable soften butter.
For Toasted - Just toast one side of the bread before assembling the sandwich.
