- This jack daw came to see me, out of the blue and it made my day, that was until it tried to take a chunk out my ear! It then wouldn't leave us alone and if I'd told you it tried the door handles of the car, you'd have never believed me...but I got it on film!
I'd like to think we left as friends and he certainly made me smile, I love all things nature and this was a special moment for me for sure.
That's Onix...he rans away from his rehab aviary in Exeter sometimes. He is naughty and we are trying to make him used to birds and not humans. Normally he smells good as he insists to be the first to bath in the clean water we pour in the pools.
He’s wonderful. I’d love to come meet him and do a follow up video.
@@TheOptimisticAdventurer I will talk to the lady that owns the aviary ( we are all volunteers and I will get back to you). Onix is lovely but a real rascal that we all love.

Totally random but I absolutely loved this interaction.
Had a magpie land on my daughter in Mount Edgecombe park, similar thing. Found out later that it was tame, chap who lived in the woods looked after it.
