acctually had the Dolby Atmos feature disabled, didn't know i could have that good sound quallity so i turned it on ty :)
Tip 1. Don’t buy exynos
Fax i bought a exynos note 9. The battery is horrible. Never getting it again
Bfdia51 Yep, owned mine for 2 years and ended up selling it for an 11 Pro Max
This is so sadly true.
I'm european and all my previous phones were exynos until i got my s10 with a snapdragon, omg it's night and dah
Last week I finally got around to changing my phone with the Galaxy S10 I had bought long ago but never used. I was amazed by how quickly the battery drained while not even being used. I then found you followed your great instructions for us non tech people and my battery seems to last forever. It only drops 2% to 4% overnight when it used to drop by 35% to 50% over the similar time period. Now I no longer need to carry a back up charger. Thank you
Your channel has become a daily thing for me and I am now getting the best out of my Note 10+ which I use for everything. All the music and the videos on my page are made on this awesome phone which is now even better thanks to this channel.
thank you soo muchhhhhh... now i know why my note 20 is running out of battery so quick
I understand but why spend 1400 on a phone with all the high specs and can't use everything is has to offer ? Not a good deal samsung.. hopefully they send an update to fix battery issues and keep all the phone has to offer .
@@charlesandrews2513 why do people care about slim anyways? Slim phones are hard to hold and slip out easily. Thats why I like thicker cases
Well done Saki. Very thoughtfully compiled and very practically useful.
Great video, had most of these done already but very helpful!
bro the methods you r telling will increase the battery life but decrease the overall user experince
Agreed. They talk about the best processor,120GHZ display, always on etc but then if want your phone to last you use turn them off. It definitely does reduce user experience. All my Samsung’s have had poo poo battery. I still want this phone but I’m holding off for a bit.
My Laptop runs at FULL POWER i7 QUAD CORE 16GB RAM 4GB GRAPHICS & is POWER ON at all times.
When it comes to using my phone, I'd rather vouch for extended battery usage. Afterall, its meant to be a Mobile Device, right?
Did just a few of these and wow totally changed the game. Thanks!
My S10e lasts 1 day - 1.5 days after applying these tips. Thank you Saki❤❤😊
Loved this video we want more like this
I love your Videos....they so educating
Saki is the gift that never stops giving 🤣👍
Hey saki you're truly a Galaxy Man keep it up
Sure I'll be referencing this video for many android devices to come. Well done sir!
Very useful adjustments! Now I don't have to remove the battery when I'm not using the phone. 😳
Excellent tutorial.Subscibed!
Need Help with the SLEEP settings:
I have certain apps that I know never give me or rarely give me notifications - These apps I want to put to deep sleep.
There are other apps that I use more frequently that do give me notifications, such as text, IG, snapchat, email, etc.
I want to preserve battery on these apps, but I still want to get notifications.
Do I put them to sleep?
I noticed that even though some apps were not in the 'put to sleep' section, I would still not get notifications (such as emails) unless my phone was turned back on from the locked mode.
I don't want this to happen.
What do I do?
Awesome! Thanks! 👍🏽
Great tips thanks.
Thanks very helpful
Thanks alot, was stagleling with my samsung note 10 plus battery life, appreciate
Seriously Awesome 👌
You are a Battery Saver 👨 Man
Thanks Saki. Another practical and useful video.
Great video, super helpful
First love your videos🥰
Great video and great explanations.
Thanks very useful
Another great video to help daily use!
thank you big help
Thank you so much, I have made adjustments to my note 20, I'll monitor for a few days .
This was a excellent video and very useful, thank you.
Man tips vids make Samsung phones way better so thanks Saki
Extremely useful video 👍
Thank you!!
Good Video. Some of this stuff I didn't know about.
Great tips. Thank you.
Legend, thanks mate, I just upgraded to note 20 and the battery was going down fast, hopefully this will help, just what I wanted. I didn't have some of the options or they were available in a different place so search for them if you can't find them
Thanks for this.
Top notch video, straightforward and useful info without any nonsense
Hi sak nice videos. Btw can I ask something about bixby routines is there a command to prompt fingerprint biometrics everytime an specific app is open. Just wanna know if i can pull this off coz my s10 doesnt have applock feature. Thanks and have a nice day.
Just disable everything ~ end of story 😂😂😂
hey sakitech I have a question is it okay to leave adaptive battery on all the time or will it mess your phone up..
You're great man 👌
This helped. I didn't do all of them, just a few and it definitely helped. I'm at work and by the end of the day, it's at 5%! I only use it during lunch hour and by that time I'm like "wtf?! 50%?!"
Most helpful video ever
Thanks a bunch
Think you very much.
thank you so so so much!!!
What should be the screen on time for note 10 plus mine is Exynos version and it gives 3.5 hrs max (no gaming)
Saki how do you get the custom touch sounds
Thanks man
thanks 😍😍😍
Thank you
Where's tha vid you made about tha note 20 and that bixby routine.....i think it was the other day
I think you just saved my S9+ and my S10 (regular one) from stayng so much time in the drawer. Currently using my battery champs (iPhone 11 Pro, Huawei P20 Pro and Galaxy S10+) and suffering so much for my iPhone SE 2020 (this one has no salvation, but I
Will never forgive Apple for not boosting the battery in my favorite format ever - I LOVE bezels that let you hold the phone with fingers up front, instead of on the sides). And now I may give a chance to my old Samsung favorites: S9+ for photography) better than ALL subsequent versions, you should re-test it, S10 "normal" for smaller form factor, and now a surprise: S7 Edge for... yes, format, weight and photography.
THANK YOU!
Thanks for sharing
Hey Saki, love the channel. Just upgraded from S9+ to Note20Ultra. Still figuring it out and using your tips.
What about putting all these power saving modes into one Bixby routine that one could turn on and off when one needs extreme power saving???
Is that possible with Bixby routines one "writes" oneself like youve shown recently?
I think this is possible. I want to learn how to do it as well. When Im at work Im not using my phone at all but only for listening to music via Bluetooth. I wonder if putting a bixby routine to go into a power saving mode would help battery life immensely? Why have the CPU running at 100% when your only using the phone to listen to music? A good example is my PC. When I'm not gaming or doing anything intense where CPU & GPU are being pushed the PC down-clocks itself and uses 70% less power bc it doesn't need it!! Thats super efficient & saves you money in the long run bc you dont need the power anyways!
Love you brother ❤
Hi,
I am using Samsung Note9 from years, but from last couple of days my display gone flicker some & after some times it goes normal.
Requesting you to provide any inputs.
Thanks,
liked your tips, big battery saver. However my Gmail and Teams stop receiving messages notification automaticly after i tried your battery saver tips. could u advice how to bring them back. My work emails and Teams incoming calls are important for me.
Super advices🤘
Hi, I have an S9, I changed my battery after a year because often when it reached 20% or 15% it would drain to 0% right away!. Had a new battery put in and within a month samething is happening. Why? Help!
Thanks saki for the good info to get the best out of our device always
Love your channel ❤ I have learned so much that I now enjoy my phone.
Hello Mr sake ! Thank you for your tutorials they help me with this note 20 ultra I don't like this phone I've never done Android in my life until this phone I've always done Apple but when my new iPhone pro Max is delivered next week I will go to your tutorial about how to navigate that device better they change every year of course ! but I have a question it's about a UA-cam video that I saw about the Galaxy 1000 model it does everything it is faster than the 14 bionic chip in the new iPhone pro Max it is the fastest processor in the world for a smartphone and it's called the Samsung Galaxy 1000 I have seen videos about it two of them and it has a 7,500 battery and it will charge from zero to 100% in 10 minutes and it has screen definition of the highest resolution with the refresh rate you don't have to make a choice when is that phone coming out the Galaxy 1000 edition my husband said that it was a prototype ? I didn't know what that was he said it's the same thing as a concept car and I didn't know what that was so he explained it to me.
Bro how look in one ui 3 beta them
Great video Sak!! Is it safe to permanently use the device on medium power save?
Hey! I switched over to medium power saving mode and it saves ALOT of battery
I have the screen timeout on 10 min why because when im done using it i shut the screen off the worst thing i hate is my screen trying to shut down if im not touching it
Is there any battery saving features in the developer settings? Please let me know.
TOP MARKS MATE 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Hi Sakitech. Please I need some information ... I have a Samsung Note 20 ultra and after 4 hours of inactivity it tells me to put the password and does not let me unlock with fingerprint .... How can I remove the 4 hours inactivity and unlock with fingerprint ...? Can it be? Thank you very much. Sorry for my bad English
I'm not really sure why you would do all this to this phone it kind of defeat the purpose of buying this phone. At this point you might as well go out and buy a cheap phone and have the same performance as this phone for whole lot cheaper.
Jeez.
Who said you have to do all of it?
A few of his great suggestions may make the difference someone would want. Also, he's informed some of us who aren't tech savvy which features are battery drainers that if we knew about them we'd modify or kill them all together.
I found this really useful.
Well there are times for all types of use... when i am gaming i want to set it at max setting and when i am not doing any heavy stuff i can use this setting to save battery
I cry a little on the inside everytime my note 10+ gets skipped even though I know it still applies :d
Not everyone can have the true legend with them. Note 10+ is the one true legendary device.
Excellent. Learned something new today
Exynos-powered Galaxy Note and S line seems to be a hopeless case
So I buy Note for 1.000+ € and switch off most functions to save the battery!
Are you serious?
Its very ridiculous..whats the use of using this flagship phone only to switch off or minimize its full potential capacity
is there a way to get alert when my battery is full from charging?
When I charge my phone it will notify me what time or how many hours it will take to fully charge it so what I did is I go to clock app and sched for an alarm. You can do the same. Just a suggestion.
I had some battery issues on my S21 Ultra 512 snapdragon model, but I fixed them. Currently my percentage is at 74%, with an onscreen time of 2 hours, and last full charge was 23hr 18min, without a full charge or some charge. I have the phone on FHD, 60hz, 4GLTE. I have WiFi scanning off, Play protect scanning off in the google play store, location off (as well as wifi and Bluetooth scan for accuracy). I do have the adaptive battery on. That is the only option that I use, I do not use the power saving feature. I have force dark mode option on in developer settings. I have noticed because I have T-mobile as well that 5G even though it is better, will use more power from your device, especially if you don't have good signal, I was a communications guy in the military and it will run your battery down quicker than 4GLTE. If you wanna test the quality of your 5G and see how effective it is I just turned mine on right now, go to about phone, status info, and select Sim card status, my signal strength on 5G is -111 dBm which is pretty crappy signal, even though everything is running smooth. I switched to 4GLTE and checked my signal is -87 which is better and less battery drain than 5G. You will in reality want a level between high -70s and mid -80s, but the rule is the closer the number is to 0 the better your signal will be, but in reality I have seen my phone, not just this one but the lowest I ever seen was probably -70. The last thing I forgot to say is I go to my apps, and select the app, then select Mobile data, if you do not want that app running in the background select "Allow background data usage" off and "allow data usage while data saver is on" off. I've done this for the majority of my apps, only left my UA-cam, amazon Music, messaging, and probably like 5 more apps turned on for this. Hope this helps lemme know if you have any questions. Almost forgot Sync is off. Also last thing the quality and building materials that the building you are in plays a huge role, if it has to use more battery because it is struggling to get a signal and is always scanning, then it will drain your battery more. I would turn on your wifi and wifi calling and disable your data, you will still receive text messages with this option off. Hope this helps!
I can’t find the video enhancer setting on Android 13
Bixby routines helped me more, idk what I did just Google "battery extend bixby routines" and hopefully you'll see some helpful stuff xd
Please do not change your screen resolution. It literally does nothing to improve battery life. Keep it as high as you can. Watch the phonebuff video. Enjoy the high refresh rate, but that will reduce your battery life by about 20% or more but lowering the resolution does not.
Saki very useful!
Brought premium phone then we reduce all settings to mid rang phn cong. 😆😆😆
zamirahmad35 nah you just use your phone too much.. my Samsung easily last a day and 8 hours (32 hours)
@@zamirahmad35 I use it for that long as well. But my phone lasts around 24 hours to 36 hours on a full charge
I'll try for my note 9
Thank u Saki, very very useful tips that I missed out on 👍
What brightness would you recommend for dark mode?
It really doesn't matter with an oled display. When the screen is black on oled the pixels are off so they do not use any battery to show black. So if you have a black picture it will be like your screen is off bc it is. So brightness won't do anything
1:23 i cant find screen resolution in display, anywhere to be exact evem by searching it any help?
Thats means yout phone eoesnt support any more resolutions. You probably have an A series phone which doesn't support that
@@Abd-ku3fo nah fam the thing is it used to have the resolution features it just disspaeared, and i have a note 10 ;-; i think it happened when i turned a developer settings on
@@Tony-nm1cv strange, you should definitely have it🤔🤔 I dont think developer options is the problem, but im probably wrong 😂😂
@@Abd-ku3fo xD i know i remember sumthin to change the the apps icon to be bigger the layout itself-.. im loosing brain celss tryna explain xd but yea
i started to watch you video because the title of your video "extend the battery life:interested me, i am loosing one % of battery life every 2 minuts, i thought what a great video is going to be, but after i watched the whole video i found that all the hacks how to extend the battery life is already enabled on my phone so dont know what makes you to think if you enable those hacks will save your phones battery life
I have a note 10+. It's screen on time is 6.5hrs to 7hrs at 40% brightness, wqhd res and mobile data.
Then 7.5 to 8hrs when connected to wifi.
Thank you. I think the Idea it needs to be thin has made them sacrifice battery. Start asking for a thick phone! Never enough battery
Thank you sakitech very useful 👍 👌 much appreciated 👍 👏
I have a Samsung s6 is there anything I can do to save the crap battery
Glad Note 20 Ultra has adoptive refreshness
samsung a10s drains battery how to solve it .any idea
Video which I really wanted... My phones battery jumped down 20+ percent... In static state... With aod on
AOD always kills battery, especially overnight.
If you don't look at it often best to turn it off
So basically you spend $1200 and then disable all the features, its like buying a sports bike and replacing the engine .
Wdym Hes only turning off useless features that eat battery bruh
No he's showing you features you may not see the need for that would improve another feature, the battery. What did you expect clicking on a video saving battery? A magic _'improves battery life without having any other effects'_ setting?
@@aisea.faupula 120hz is a main feature
Without it, the phone feels like a slideshow
Wait, aren't you the engine of your sports bike?
