We don't even have an RV right now but I still love watching your videos. They are so informative and your presentation is so natural, positive and enthusiastic yet calm. Thank you!

Love the area, thanks for sharing. Not to be pedantic, it’s Rabun not Rayburn, my son who lives there and has corrected me numerous times😂.

I know and I do this all the time. I worked in the area throughout the 80’s and would goof up then. Bad habits are hard to break 🫣

Definitely need to visit the Dillard House Restaurant. Just an Awesome place to eat. They bring out plates and bowls of everything they cooked that day. No fancy menu's, just good food.

It was one of my great great grandfathers who left Rabun County following the Civil War headed with an ox cart for Oklahoma. . He had been too young but all his brothers had served with the "Rabun County Beauregard Braves" during the War of Northern Aggression.. I have never visited but after watching your video I'm inspired. It's not that far from our part of South Carolina. Update: Just watched your video from Bryson City. My Great Great Grandfather's family had migrated to Rabun County from the Bryson City area. If you can make it out to Watts Oklahoma you'll have the journeys of that branch of my family covered.

You should go. So much history. I worked in the area most of the 80’s at the start of the growth boom. Much has changed, but still a great area.

Nice review! We’ve stayed at Willow Valley twice now. It’s one of our top 5 favorite places. We travel from the Georgia coast and enjoy week long spring trips to that area.
The next time y’all are along the Georgia coast we’d encourage you to look into Legacy RV Resort in Darien. It’s brand new and the owners are creating a very nice place.

Thanks. I consulted in Darien with the telephone company for over 10 years. Love this area. Our last stay there was at Inland Harbor. I saw the new Legacy RV Resort online recently. Looks to be a nice campground. We’ll check it out next trip.

There were shady spots for back ins. We were pooped after driving for weeks. Pull through worked for our week stay.
