Loved my pizzazz! Making nachos with just the top burner on is a game changer! Cheese bakes into the chips while not making them soggy. But the non-stick pan wears out rather quickly. Use parchment paper an it will last forever.
ordered mine and just on a humbug I ordered 100 sheets of parchment paper, the round ones. I buy every appliance I see. one day I'm going to have to do a video just on all of the TV appliances I buy,. I call them toys. After watching your video if I ever get a square or small pizza I would just use my regular toaster oven. Why it doesn't have a simple off switch is beyond me though
Good review! I have the original Pizzaz pizza oven, and had figured out that it works for lots of other items. I espescially like using it for bisquits! Frozen Grands even work. I live in Eastern North Carolina, and hate to heat up the kitchen.
Your video is appreciated. All of us have a learning curve and learn from mistakes as manufacturers and inventors have. You behave/demo as any might as we try it out. I bought one and am awaiting its arrival. TKS!
I know a tortino's pizza when I see one... which is my favorite frozen pizza...seen this on Amazon so I wanted a good review. Great job brother. Thanks
Great review. I recently got one and love it. I would just add for new viewers that the cook times are suggested cook times, you may need to do much longer for certain things. The instructions say it all depends on the available household voltage. I had to cook frozen fish fillets for much longer personally for instance, partly due to crispiness preference.
Mine just got here today and I have not had a chance to try it, I'm a little upset 2 days ago I had a tooth shutter off I have it now and really can't enjoy it Is lol
The square pizza didn't cook right because you didn't put it in the center of the pan. The bagel bites would have came out better had you put them closer to the center of the pan. While the very center of the pan is a cold spot everything around that area spends more time under and above the heating elements and thus are hotter. Also you can cook raw chicken strips on it, takes about 20 minutes to do from frozen. Just check how done they are before biting into it.
Thank you. I still use it regularly and while I haven't apecifically tried to see any smoke, I haven't noticed any. I actually have a smoke detector mounted on the wall very close to the counter where I use it and it's never set it off.
Did you say you just heard about this? We have had ours for 10 years, I almost sold it on buy sell trade a few years ago, I am glad I didn't because I brought it to work so I can eat more than microwave food.
Yes, when I did the video I had not seen these before but from the reviews I saw that they weren't new. I've never seen them locally in the store and it came up on amazon as a suggestion and looked interesting. I certainly do like it though.
We’re on our third. The first two were the original, while our current one is the pizzazz plus. Like many others, we have noticed the newer one taking longer to cook our food. We’re still glad we have it, but miss our old ones. Hope yours last for many years to come!
Would have loved to see you make sweet potato fries with it or French fries. I'm going to try making cookies from cookie dough. Please, don't use metal utensils with this pizza oven or you will ruin the non-stick baking surface.
Do you think if you would have added 2 or three minutes [top heating element only] to the pizza 🥯 after the timer went off that they would have more melted cheese on top without compromising the bottom? Thanks
Yes, I think so. I've used it a lot more since making the video and figured out better when and how to use the heating elements either individually or together.
totally NOT worth the $$$$$$, 16+ minutes to make a simple cheese thin crust pizza and still the cheese was not totally melted. WOULD NOT use raw ingredients- gave it to a friend- he had more time than me . Got it on Amazon on sale,...., so I'm not poor from the lesson learned. Little Ceasar $6 large peperoni still wins! Fish stick were a bust as well as a simple grilled cheese! save your money. Would be great IF the elements covered the entire cooking surface and not rotate. The bottom cooking idea would then be great as it would enable you to cook the crust a bit longer if needed.
I followed the guidelines in the instructions. I'll admit some of the pizza wasn't completely done right in the middle but for the most part, everything was cooked enough.
@@AllAmericanMack ain’t a excuse lol I was homeless for 4years straight no breaks and I’ve never ate a great value pizza! U just like the cheap shit that’s all🤷🏾♂️🤣🤨🗣
This is a poorly engineered product from the beginning. The entire plate pivots on a singular pin. As a result, while I was toasting a single slice of well-garnished pizza, it tipped the plate over. Somehow, that event disengaged the heating elements. It's beyond any warranty, so it will go in the trash, which is essentially what it is. What a silly concept. I will return to the stable-plate pizza heater with the hinged cover and window. They, too, burn out eventually, but not after 6-7 uses! Ensure everything is well balanced and distributed on the huge plate on a tiny center pin.
@@heathercrass703 - Fair eneough but I had the slice dead center. I have since bought a nice and safe, reliable large toaster oven that has a 'pizza' setting which is extra hot and always reliable.

Hubby and I just bought this and we love it! We cooked hash browns that were frozen and they turned out great, nice and crispy took about 20mins.
That's great! I love the way this thing cooks.

I have one and like it. Doesn't heat up kitchen and quick and easy.
I completely agree!
I have this and it works flawlessly, love it!
Same here. I was quite shocked at just how well it worked.

Great job! Just got one as a gift in Huatulco. We are going to try tlayudas and veggie patties
I use mine for virtually everything from cooking convenience foods to heating up leftovers.

That sucks that you can't use it right away but I think you'll really like it when you can. I still use mine and it still works great.
Have this love it since 2004!
I still can't believe how well this thing works lol!
I used one of these to make pretty much everything. The only problem with meat is that it splatters EVERYWHERE...but it does come out perfect!
Oh yes, this thing is much more versatile than many people give it credit for but I do agree about the splatter.
Brother, great review. Don't know why you don't have more views. May be get a consultant. But your review is spot on!! 👍👍👍 Good luck

a very important thing that you left out in the review is if it is easy or difficult to clean?

Unless you rearranged, this is the first time I have seen toppings that are evenly spaced.
can you make a fresh pizza with it?
You can. Although I usually just use frozen because it's quicker, I've used it to make fresh pizza a few times and it worked fine.
Its basically for single men 🤣🤣 I liked your video!
Or lazy Moms…lol.
I’m referring to myself in case that wasn’t obvious, and I’m not offended, so it’s okay. :D

Kinda common sense though, of course you can’t put weight on only one side.
