@@joemama-kc7ez Back when I played it depended on Seimei's position, so if she was the furthest to the right everyone got 1 turn oblivion but if she was more to the left all the units to her right would still receive 2 turn debuffs that said I haven't played for a couple of months now so I can't say how it is today but I assume it's still relevant
